today was my first workout and honestly i couldn't reach round 2. I lasted 10 minutes before vomiting in my mouth and my legs collapsing. My stamina is really bad and im underweight for my age (16 and 45-47kg my goal is to reach 55kg) im taking a break today since i can't push myself anymore but i hope tomorrow i will be able to at least complete round two. I honestly didn't know where to start and what workouts i should do to gain muscle weight and achieve my dream body but this video is the beginning of my journey. Thank you

SUCH A GOOD BURN! I´ve done other of your intense hiit workouts but this was VERY CHALLENGING. Hardest workout I´ve done, got such a good sweat and burn going
