I’ve done the entire 21 day challenge and the 14 day summer program..and when I tell you this was THE hardest and most challenging!! I’m definitely missing out on the tabata. I had no idea what i was getting myself into 😅
This channel should be called noBS. What a great format. Oliver and his team thought of everything from warm up to cool down and everything in b/w. I love the feature of Oliver's Pro Tip, which is good reminder when you mind starts to wander. I find lunges challenging and love the squats so you guys thought of combining those two in this one :P I didn't even think about it as it went by so fast. Thank you for serving the community! Another great 30 minutes workout! Love this! Would love to see more higher intense moves followed by a lower impact move to give us just a bit of breathing time before hitting the high intense moves again. Keep them coming :) .

This was my first HIIT in a while. It was great! I had completely forgotten how happy you are afterwards 🥳😃😊
