So is Phil streaming at 1440P??? Of course not... Phil is letting TH-cam upscale on the fly for him while creating massive delay between the video and his chat.......

Phil is so dumb when it comes to this stuff. He's literally to this day running his streams using Rambo's set up. The only thing that's changed is the consoles.

He doesn't turn off his PC - which means it never updates.
It also never clears the processes tab and you can guarantee he isn't smart enough to close apps he doesn't need in the background.
His PC is the 2023 equivalent of when you go on a family members computer and theres 38 toolbars amongst the spyware and a zillion anti-viruses that overlap each other.
Every now and then Ctrl-Alt-Del -> Go to Startup and turn off all the bullshit applications like Discord, Razer etc that try and force their way onto startup.
That poor PC is in Phil's Gulag rn.

It is so funny to think about how much better DSP's equipment/setup would be if he weren't such an absolute child.. If he would have watched this video, your other video or listen to the email you sent him about SF6 the other day things would be going so much more smoothly for him.. But he can't, he's stuck where he's at struggling forever and it's his own fault and I love it... I love it!
Last time I was this early, Phil was known as DXP!
Also, Philip can barely tell the difference between sub-30 fps and 60 fps, due to the fact that his brain is fermented in gin and is going through IRL rollback netcode.

I honestly think his pc being so dirty throttles his performance. He has never took it apart and cleaned it out once. Years of Kat and Jasper fur inside that thing plus he leaves it running 24-7. He hasn't changed the "cooling gel" once. I'm downright shocked it even still runs at all.
Once a week, I alway clean my setup once a week, but I'm OCD when it comes to my stuff.
He has never changed his paste either. I’m shocked it hasn’t just fried. Paste is gone and covered in cat hair, spilled gin, and man gravy
Someone asked dsp recently if he cleaned his pc, he said he wipes down the outside 😂😂😂

Thanks. Looks like I can't run the HVEC. Windows media player said I need to buy an extension. Also, Davinci Resolve couldn't resolve the video. Everything else is good though.@@ProphetTech
@@GinSoakedBrain download and install VLC Media Player. Make sure that the output recorded video file is fragmented MP4 or MP4.
After that it should work.
You can also download Klite Codec Pack and install it. It will give you nearly every codec currently available.

I guarantee the internet service tech laughed at Phil when he saw the haaawfice setup. Lol we had Cogeco come check out our lines after the big May 24 storm last year and he was a great guy he swapped some lines, rerouted our entertainment center cabling and even told us better HDMI cables to get.
Then again I'm not a 15 yr professional kaaaawntent creator with millions of troll detractor haters, so we didn't have to worry about misinformation and stream sabotaging 😂😂😂😂

If Phil wanted cold, and people just like him everywhere, he should have moved to Wheeling WV...where you only get like, ten weeks of summer, the rest is rain and snow and freezing winds...Ice storms...

FYI, Prohet it was 72 degrees f (22ish in Canadian units) outside the day Phil recorded and uploaded this video. Also Phil refuses to buy an oscillating fan to circulate the air in his office.

He had a town fan sitting in the corner. I remember that being there.
