In this video we look at the scam Arturo pulled on Di3minion buy taking $3000 to build a PC and then ghosting him... Another FGCOS Scam???
We go through the system Arturo quickly put together for Di3 which is a POS, and explain why its so bad, we then go through PC Part Picker and build Di3 a PC that he deserves.

Yep, Kev got scammed hard by Art, first ghosting him, then building some jank POS and sending him pictures saying it took him 3 months to wire a power supply...

Almost as if Arturo rummaged the bargain bin at a electronics shop. Hell, maybe even got used parts at giveaway prices at ebay.

I was loling hard when I was sent the pic in a DM.... Like dood, no effort put in to that build and then immediately knowing what parts were used....

i know you said this is a 1080ti, but i just wanted to say that i have a regular 1080 blower style card, same fan style as the 1080ti FE, and when the fan has to kick up to maximum speed because you max out its capability it is a loud and very scary sound. when you hear that fan that loud when normally you never hear it at all it is obvious there's a problem. thankfully mine has only come on max twice ever and only for seconds because i shut down the simulation games i was running which stupidly were uncapped by default. i use very well ventilated cases too, my previous was a corsair and my new case is the corsair 7000D with 7 of 140mm fans including the 3 on my 420mm radiator.
having not personally built a pc by hand in over 15 years then doing it again like nothings changed, seeing how easy it still is i dont understand how people fuck it up so easily
you recommend using a usb hub with its own power supply but i just want to point out that windows 10 and 11 on rare occasion decide not to boot or function properly if you use a hub and when you unplug the hub it boots and functions just fine then you can plug it back in and it continues to work fine. like i said i've had it happen to me for no reason and several people i know and have met have had this issue too. its very rare, but it does happen, if it does just unplug, boot replug, solved
No lie, I've never run in to this issue.
What I can recommend is the following.
1.) Make sure you are using a USB port that is linked natively to the CPU and not through a third party controller.
2.) Makes sure that the USB is not slower then the hub.
3.) Look at updating the systems Bios to ensure there are no USB mismatch issue. Phil's motherboard has serious issues with USB compatability.
4.) Avoid using front panel or a USB HUB built in to the monitor
