    I am amazed how my hands feel after this session. Amazed. If this freshness I feel under my skin is called Qi, it makes my hands movements free and easy. Ten minutes ago, they were dry and somehow crackling..... almost unbelievable. So thankful. Greetings from Italy

    Hello Lu chin, sometimes i do the practise by heart, without the benefit of following your video`s, and sometimes i forget some movements, is that a bad thing?

      Hello! Sorry for the very late reply. It is the best you practice the whole set of the tapping exercise (by following the video). But if you practice on your own, forget some of the movements, there wouldn’t be any harm, other than you’re not getting the full benefit. 🤗
