Hi. I notice that with every decade there is a new thought. In the 80's it was martial arts, and body sculpting. In the 90's it was bodybuilding, and huge traps with big fore arms. Today it's more focused on butts. Why is this the main focus when people are not fond of having huge behinds due to the glutes looking very fat. I know all body types are different. My biggest part in my body are my legs. They look very muscular, and are very strong too. My traps are huge even as a little kid they looked very strong. I like your video. Thank you. 🙂
Pumped up big butts look very beautiful. I have a genetically very small butt, and it is impossible to increase it with exercises. By the way, women also like elastic male butts

Yo hago crossfit todos los días pero si me gustaría hacer un poco más algo diferente esto es como más cardio. Es hit para mi y el cardio es cansado pero es buenísimo tienes más movilidad y más rápido de hacer los demás ejercicio ❤

These exercises are legit and true . My online trainer had me doing these same exercises some 💪🏾.
I just love the intensity and the feeling afterwards. Can feel it's working and gets better and better over time . Once again great stuff
