I will say it does work and makes your waist more define ive be only doing this once a day in the morning along with some other workouts, you will get quicker result if you do this with other workouts but doing this by itself will give you result in bout 2 weeks or so, but in 1 week i started seeing MAJOR results by doing this with arm workouts and stomach workouts plus abs, this will make your love handles more define and more thinner.
I like the exercise because people of all ages can do them. I don't feel jumping around is necessary all the time. Some of us have serious issues. I have a toren knee meniscus. Thank you!
It's my first time and I have knee pain, but I do all the exercises sitting down and I'm burning and sweating 😅 thank you 👍

Ppl usually think that until and atleast some exercise sweat them up badly and didn't include any hiphop culture it wont work, but i think this is what a real exercise suppose to be,less injury to knees, targeting the muscles directly instead of just jumping like a kangaroo
