*UPDATE* I just finished my last workout for day 7. My starting weight was 96 kg and am I proud to say am now 90 kg!! In addition to this workout I also did a 1,000 calorie deficit, an extra hour of zumba workouts, and walked 3 miles everyday. This challenge was a great way to start my weight loss journey and I will continue to use this workout to reach my goal!! Hope this helps!

Продолжаю стройнеть 11 - 67,9 😮 воскресенье. Ходила в бассейн. Ужин был поздний в ресторане: салат, бараньи рёбрышки, чай с мёдом. 12 - 68,1 😩 13 - 68,4 😱 14 - 68, 5 Итог: за две недели 400 грамм. Я после этих упражнений, занималась на тренажёре элипс. Эти упражнения для меня уже лёгкие, перехожу на другие, 45 минутные танцы 💃. Думаю вес остановился, так как чувствовую мышцы растут, видимо мышечная масса прибавляется 😅. Всем здоровья и стройности 💪, главное не останавливайтесь ❤

It is important to spend minutes warming-up, cooling down and stretching after exercise to prevent injury and they didn't. But I love that this exercises seem to be low impact.

I'm finally back, though a bit late. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to lose any weight. While working out, I only seem to warm up and hardly break a sweat. I need to sweat a lot to start losing weight. Even with a calorie deficit intake, there hasn't been much difference in my weight, maybe just a few grams.

Absolutely love this workout, very effective. Tip make sure to do warm up before this so u feel the burn and your body will not cramp while doing workout.

I'm finally back, though a bit late. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to lose any weight. While working out, I only seem to warm up and hardly break a sweat. I need to sweat a lot to start losing weight. Even with a calorie deficit intake, there hasn't been much difference in my weight, maybe just a few grams.

Fiz por 6 dias esse e mais outros, se quiserem eu libero minha playlist e estou ouvindo subliminais ED se quiserem eu libero a playlist tambem, enfim, eu estou bem mais menos inchada que antes, pois antes minha barriga tava uma bolota de tao inchada que tava, cortei bastante o açúcar e o sal em excesso, e diminui o tanto de comida que eu como por dia, boa sorte gente :3
Daqui a 5 dias eu volto novamente pra contar os resultados, o meu objetivo é apenas emagrecer as coxas :// eh bem difícil, mas eu vou conseguir prometo a voces! ❤️
Mais seis dias concluídos, já dá pra ver alguns resultados, não desistam gente, eu sei que é difícil, eu faço 1 hora por dia cada dança, e eu juro pra vocês que dá resultado se você tiver uma boa alimentação
