I am still recovering from my wrist surgery I had in January and now I’m finally gearing up towards strengthening it until I have good mobility. Not quite their yet, but your workouts are making it so much easier for me to still work on my overall fitness while I’m still rehabbing! Thank you so much for this!! ❤
