I do this ab routine twice a week and it’s the absolute best. It focuses on slow and controlled movements which allow for correct form and tension throughout the set. You’re hitting all angles of the abs plus just enough core to matter without going core everywhere. I honestly started getting that hip crease definition after only 2-3 weeks. I know that’s quick but I already had pretty good muscle strength and abs prior to this workout from other ab workouts. I add 2lb ankle weights and use a 5lb and a 10lb dumbbell now. BURN! This is the only ab routine I will ever do now.

For example, the reverse plank was difficult for me and was wondering a safe way to modify the move for future videos maybe a modification screen on the top of the video? Thank you!

Usually love your videos Sophie. But something was screwed up in editing on this one. The timer track and the video appear to be running at different rates. They start out in sync but by the end of the video the exercise ends 5 seconds before the timer. Then you do a one minute ab hold at the end but timer is only for 45 seconds.

Keep them at 20...I work out an hour a day that's an extra five mins wahhhh😂😂 I do three sets of 20mins..20min core stuff, 20minfull body, 20 min elliptical...an extra five noooo 😂😂 but pls next ab stay to 20 lol
