Yes! I love these slow burn ab videos. These are the type of moves that are actually doable for beginner/intermediates but you definitely FEEL THEM in your core the next day. Love it! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Not me an autistic 14yr old doing this workout as well as going to the gym everyday being hella ripped. I went to the water park with my whole school and people were shocked 😂 such an amazing workout! Keep up the good work!!😊😊

This is my 3rd time doing this workout in a lil over a week. It’s my go to ab n core workout. I love how my core is tight n sore after the very first set of dead bugs. @trainwithgainsbybrains. I love all your workouts but this is by far my favorite ab and core workout. Thanks ma’am

🔥🔥🔥 I’m really not great at the hollow holds, so I end up doing an arms out with slow bicycles. Any tips to be able to do full hollow hold, or do I just keep working at it? 😅

Can I do this workout during my period?
I think you can do it, but if it hurts very much then you should stop, because you know your body best. I've also read somewhere that doing ab workouts can ease your cramps so I also do workouts during these days, but 🎇moderatelly🎇 I hope this helps 💖

Music was nice and I loved the moves, but I wouldn't call it a "killer" workout . I think beginners could do it and it's "moderate" at most.
