I’ve done almost all of your 15-20 minute workouts you’ve posted in the last year or so. I think this is one of the oldest ones I’ve done (so far). I loved some of the different exercises I haven’t seen in the newer ones. It was a great change of pace. I’ve done at least one of your videos almost every day for the last 3+ months. They are the perfect combination of challenging but not overwhelming. I especially like the 20 minute videos. It’s the perfect workout before I have to go to work. Thanks!
Well I can't honestly say I ever _enjoy_ these, precisely... But I sure dislike yours less than any others I've tried, and they're making a difference! P.S. I definitely expected that, working with weights even for only 20 minutes a day, over time there would be a difference in my arms (and sure enough, upper sleeves are now more snug). What I didn't expect was that my bras would fit strangely, because my shoulders are changing too! It's only been about 1.5 months of doing 1 of your arm workouts per day, and the results are very satisfying. Thanks so much!

Thanks Mikala! That was a great arm workout! I don't have small dumbbells so I used a resistance band instead and I really felt the burn!
