This is great. I usually work out 6 days a week and do tons of cardio walking dogs/ training dogs. I got attacked by a dog 5 days ago, and being able to do this workout with no use of either of my arms is keeping me sane! Thank you-I just discovered your channel. I will be continuing my subscription even after I heal!! My abs feel great 👍
