A lot of people don't consider how valuable the VVT is. It makes considerably more power across the whole rev range.
@No_Name I don’t know what videos you been watching but anyone with the same mods with same weight, the GSX is always in front.
@No_Name Head to the dragstrip and see for yourself. It's like 12 to 15 GSXR1000 to every ZX10R. Also, in Texas, where guys are big on roll racing, 2017+ GSXR1000 dominates the scene (fully unrestricted). ZX10R makes slightly more power than the GSXR1000 in stock form, but once you uncorked both bikes, the GSXR1000 is much faster down low and up top.
gsxr1000s are definitely beating zx10rs bone stock.

In other markets, the GSX-R 1000R have the Launch Control, Bi-directional quickshifter, low rpm assist and some other techs that I can't remember.

The Big Gixxer is a Beauty!
The 2022 gsxr 1000r is the first bike I’ve bought new since my 2005 gsxr 1000. The mechanical grey has pearl in the sunlight. It’s growing on me more and more. The handling is amazing! I’ve turned all the electronics off and will be getting rid of the abs as well. The midrange on the k5 feels more robust and powerful. Once I hit 600 miles on the 2022 I’ll have a better comparison. The 2022 feels very similar to the k5 and k6. The bike bmw based the s1000rr off of. Still don’t know how Suzuki didn’t sue the 💩 out of them for copying the GSXR…… Suzuki has finally came out with an amazing bike again! Suzuki are the best all around bike.

The gsxr 1000r has launch control, you hold the start button after it's already on to enable it, I use it on my '22 gsxr1000r
Id take the Gixxer. Better looking, more Comfortable for non squid mode, and a smidgeon torque-ier... Add muuuuch cheaper, and its a no brainer....
Also 13 pounds lighter..Suzuki has better ergonomics too..

New update for zx10r but I'll go to gsx r1000. Suzuki has this model since 2017 for sure they will announce/launch their new gsx r1000 soon.
So you mean you would chose the NEXT gen GSXR 1000 ? I thought long and hard between the 2 but settled for a 2022 ZX10R. I really like the looks of it, the updated features etc. I think it comes down to personal preference and this just does it for me. Metallic Diablo Black / Metallic Matte Graphenesteel Gray EU spec for me though, not a huge fan of the KRT spec.
Yamaha guy myself, But I like the Suzuki. Less techno/computer rider BS, and cheaper. But for the most part engine/performance, damn near same, if not better than the Kawi.
In .my opinion, I wish any of the big 4 would sell an all motor "hard"version of these. No fly by wire, no motor curve settings, no anti-lock, no wheelie control, no unnecessary techno crap. It's a sportbikes. Learn to ride it. Take it out in the rain, and learn throttle maturity, and smooth input.
Definitely would knock off several grand. And would sell like a mf.

a nivel personal (y lo que he escuchado en varias ocasiones) Akrapovic es más para Yamaha, etc. mientras que Full Arrow, Sc Project o Yoshimura, le sientan mejor a Suzuki.

Haven't owned one any but I love suzuki's. Being a hayabusa fan may have contributed that 😂. Anyway, kawasaki seems to be a better option considering its pros.

You are getting the power of the 10R wrong. It is 213 and not 203. At low speeds and rpm it is 203 but at higher rpm (where the bike actually works at), it is 213 due to ram air induction. And here you are comparing the max power of the bikes, so 213 is correct figure.

Few things disappointed me like there's no Engine Brake Control, Launch Control and Cruise Control in GSXR-1000 but still the bike remains my favourite here in this case....and 1 more ...here in India GSXR is almost 5 lakhs costlier than ZX-10R (15.14 lakhs for 10R Ex showroom and 19.80 lakhs Ex showroom for GSXR
Are you sure it is gsx-r1000 and not the higher spec gsx-r1000(R) ? Wow, with that pricing, the gsxr sales number must be really really bad there. Much more expensive but with least features 😅.

Suzukis bike are actually good on performance probably outstanding compared to the competitors, its just for me the aesthetics of the motorcycle does not fit my taste. R1 breaks necks more 💀
