    Thanks for the great work outs. I lost 4 kg by doing them... half an hour thats worth a lifetime. I had so much trouble trying to lose weight after putting on a lot during the pandemic.. your videos are the best🎉

    Finally I found what I've been looking for in a workout that's easier but still gets me sweating and gladly off the couch. I did my 1st day today and look forward to doing this again and trying some of your other workouts. I'm in my sixties, and if I can do this, others can too. Even if you do a little at a time and rest, it's better than not. Very well put together and coordinated. Thank you, thank you, thank you. ❣️

    I love ALL these workouts. I’m 61 years old and this is more my speed. I can go the entire 30 minutes and I’m sweating like crazy…THANK YOU I needed this..I have have much more confidence in myself and have even lost 3lbs so far…👍🏽😊

I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

    I started doing this exercise today and I never sweat this much in years. hopefully lost some weight this coming months while doing your exercise videos 3x a week. I'm over 70kg and I want my weight back to 55-60kg.

    I really liked this workout for a few reasons.
    1. I can't stress enough how important stretching is, so the fact that there were stretches at the end made me really happy.
    2. It made me break a sweat, it seems beginner friendly as most exercises were easy to replicate.
    3. I think that starting every round with the same move is a great idea as it lets you get back to the workout more smoothly.
    4. It works out your whole body, which is really good.
    Bonus point - glad that it makes me feel warm, because my apartment building doesn't seem to even consider turning on heating.

    This is perfect for me! I don't like working out, so I love the simple moves to wake my body up in the morning, it must be the music - they keep me going and I was able to finish the workout (I usually can't finish other videos cos I get bored or they're too painful sometimes) thank you for this!     So, I started this workout 5 days ago. The first time I did it alone, but my kids had to jump out of bed, and when they saw me doing this, they joined me. The other day, my husband also joined us. It's amazing! We love this workout. Til now I started a workout, but after 10~15 minutes, I stopped it. This one is the first one I feel better after and not like I am almost dead. I want to move my body. Guess I needed to find your workout to start with sports again. I even run after this workout for up to 10 minutes this week.

    Sad to say I started doing this workout with a -defeated and loser attitude- I had a neck and backache for two days, and I thought it was going to be almost impossible to finish the workout. Well, to my happy and great surprise I finished the workout!! The neck and backache are almost gone and my ego is lifted. The BurpeeGirl BIG smile helped me all through the end. Thank you !!

    I have minor back disc and neck disc and because I have to study most of the time, I do not have much free time to go to the gym but today, I did this exercise which was super easy and fun and i already feel better.
