    I moved from 83kgs to 76kgs in a month..l coupled it up with having one meal a day in the evening, drank lots of water..l had high blood pressure starting off at 156/105 now its constantly at 120/85..one of the most useful videos l ever found on this platform

    I am 81 yrs old and have followed your 30min walking exercise since Thanksgiving Day last year and doing it 6 days/week. I may be a second or two slower in some of your numbers, but in general I am able to keep up with your fast pace. It is helping me greatly, esp. with my balance/equilibrium. I thank God for your exercises to help us stay fit so we may live a more productive life. Keep up your good work.

      Good for you! I’m 69 and desperately need to get moving. I use to do Richard Simons, yoga and Tai Chi 15 years ago.
      I’m gonna start this tomorrow because I can feel myself getting weaker each year and it scares me. 😄

    I am so thankful to God for enabling me to do the walk home exercise during lockdown. I have lost 10kg and I have a testimony that exercise has good result in our health together with eating healthy. I suffer with arthritis and I have been told by my doctor that I have diabetes type 2 but after few months of walking at home, I have been told that I don't have diabetes anymore glory be to God for giving me the energy. I thank Leslie for being a good trainer and motivator.

      these videos work! great way to step into workouts that are fun and doable. I highly suggest once you are more comfortable consider adding like 1-2lb handweights or even a weight vest (max 8lbs to start)....YOU GOT THIS

    This really works as long as you’re consistent. I was a size 12 and now I’m a size 2. I did this workout almost everyday and drank lots of water. Only took a few months and I lost 60 pounds. Leslie is very encouraging and her workouts are the only ones that have given me results.

    I've been doing it for 1 month. With intermittent fasting, I lost about 5 weights. I'm now starting a 45 minute walking series. It definitely works, don't be lazy and get started.

      @@ambreenkhan5994I started at once a day, then gradually progressed to three time a day! The first few months was a struggle but I kept at it! I now do this back to back, for one hour three times a week. That's how I maintain my weight 😁

    If anyone is searching thru the comments right now trying to figure out if this workout is effective... let me just tell you: IT IS! I'm down 20 pounds so far. I usually HATE working out but these walk at home videos are awesome. You'll definitely sweat but it's not so strenuous that you'll be in pain. HIGHLY recommend! Do this 4-5 times a week and see where it gets you!

    This is the healthiest and safest way to lose weight. I've been working out with Leslie since June 18th, and I have lost 23 pounds without starving in two and a half months! I love these videos and how they motivate me to have a healthy body. I couldn't be more thankful!
    Update: I lost 30 pounds total in six months. It's been a year since I started, and I keep walking with Leslie, I am not on a diet anymore, but I haven't gained a pound since then. I feel strong and light today 9-5-23

      But I started seeing changes only after I started losing weight by doing this
      And yes I m getting regular periods with a healthy flow now……

    I started 3 weeks ago at 62.8kg. It is Spt. 15...and I am now 61.4 kg - 3 lbs lost :) 30minutes a day /7 days a week. Love this woman's program!! I never miss a morning.

Time and dieting is the only things restricting me back, but I plan to put my health first so I can influence others to do that as well.

Being an asian, it’s rather hard to avoid eating carbo (rice, noodles etc) I just cut back on carbo.. limit my sugar intake .. and i basically do what Ms Sansone says. I exercise 5 times a week. On the days that I don’t do her workout, I take walks around the block.

      I agree. In my opinion, her walking programs are so easy and effective, especially for someone beginning to start working out. She is the gateway for people to eventually branch out for other levels of fitness. She still looks like she did over 20 years ago when I first started working out to her videos. She doesn't age...lol

      I used to get headaches with intense cardio if I didn't eat something heavy before or very soon after iirc, it can be a low blood sugar issue

      I think to have to be in good condition to do HIIT and a lot of those intense workouts. Anything that advertises it can make you fit in a small number of minutes a week is probably for those who are almost fit already.

    During guarantine, I started doing this 30' minute walk every day. After that I do 10 push ups and 20 squats. I have lost 3 kilos in 2 weeks without feeling exhausted.       @@uroojurooj2411 I do not follow a specific diet I just do not order deliveries, I cook meals at home,I drink a lot of water, I do not eat huge portions for dinner and 've stopped eating bread. maybe it is easier for me, because I am from Greece and I can find anything I need in the local market. everything I buy is natural, offered by local breeders.

      Things work differently for different people
      Don't worry about how long someone used. The most important is just start. Walking is great for workout if you are very heavy. Easier in the knees than running etc

    I absolutely love & adore leslie walks
    I have been doing her work outs on & off for 3 months. But no diet plans. And no other form of exercise. Ita quite difficult for me to lose weight. But i managed to lose almost 2 kg in 3 months time. And this is an achievement for me. I feel lighter too. Hopefully ill continue and lose a kg or two by end of 2024 🎉🎉🎉

    I don't usually write comments but this workout really work and the instructor really motivate you to keep going. I'm in my late 30s, I'm 6ft. I had my son 1 year ago and I had a c-section. I tried everything from dieting to fasting to different workouts and nothing work untill five months ago. When I started this workout, I was 270 and now I'm 200 which is great for my height. If you keep up with this workout 3x a week, u will lose weight. To help with my weight loss, I got a 14 day colon cleanse and I started drinking more water. Thanks for the exercising video💓

      @@syedashahbanogillani2694 I didn't diet or skip meals. I ate regular everyday food when I'm hungry and I stopped once my stomach felt full. I didn't over eat. The first step to losing weight is to clean your stomach and make sure to drink your daily intake of water. This exercise is simple and fun, just keep up with it and you'll see the change. I'm happy to say I'm 185 now and I eat the same. I don't stress about my weight or about my calorie intake. I eat 3 meals a day and I snack in between meals. When you stress about losing weight it won't move. Just relax and let your body work and STOP WATCHING YOUR WEIGHT EVERYDAY for the first few weeks. I used to do that and it used to stress me out more when my weight stayed the same but once I stopped and focused on being happy and pushed myself to get my 3x a week exercise, I realized the weight just came off. I wish everyone success on their weight loss journey. I didn't think I could do it but I did and you can too. Just don't give up!

    I'm going to turn 74 next week.. I've been doing this workout for over 2 years. I was weighing over 215 pounds. I'm down to 182 ...Hopefully I will reach 170 before spring.       Please be careful only eating one meal a day and make sure that you get enough calories. While you may lose weight at 1st putting your body into starvation mode will slow down your metabolism making it harder in the long run

    I started doing this fitness walk when I was diagnosed with high level of cholesterol and sugar, now, I'm doing the boosted walk almost daily.     I've been doing it for over a year. Recently I started doing these exercises with light dumbbells. In each hand 1.7kg. I am very pleased with the result. I am 56 years old .

    It has been two and a half months since I started this exercise. I've only lost 6lbs yet, but as I've lost fat instead, I've started to gain some muscle, and my waist has also decreased by 3 inches. Rather than losing weight suddenly, I am more focused on building muscle. It seems to be a good exercise to lose weight, especially the waistline. Thank you.

    Greetings from Bangkok Thailand. I finally find the simple workout I like. I started your program on July 4 th. That day, I needed to pause 3 times during the program. After July 7, I can continue it all the way through the program w/o pause . By the time I heard you talked about fat belly., it is the time telling me I am almost there. With your program and diet control, I get rid of 4 lbs in 24 days. I also sleep well at night. I will continue following this program daily as it works for me. Thank you so much Leslie.

      It's never over night situation. I can wear some of the clothing I couldn't wear a year ago. I don't go on scale ever. So I know by certain clothes. You do it your way however 😉.

      SARANYA K.S i do a lot of different ones, mainly this one or the boosted walk video both are 30 mins long. I do these during the afternoon and after i eat dinner i do her 10 min boosted walk video. All are on youtube! 😊

      Saba Khan yes of course, i track what i eat on MyFitnessPal, i eat 1200 calories a day. I started at 230, I’m down to 173 now just between doing that and Leslies videos.

    I do this exercise three times a day for 12k steps. Repeated it so many times I know all their names. Leslie (of course), Nick, Maxine, Nicki, Camila, Suzie, Wendy, Marvin, and Carey looool. Thank you all for this.
    UPDATE 1: I started this work out on January 3rd. I weighed 86kgs then. I am down to 82kgs today (February 9). Done lost 4kgs+ (around 9 pounds). I do repeat this exercise 3 times, every day, except Sunday (rest). I eat two meals a day, in case that info matters to anyone. I have also cut sugar (real sugar not all carbs) and I have reduced my alcohol intake to 2-3 times a month. Lets goooo!!!
    UPDATE 2: It's March 1 and I weigh 79.6 kgs. I am so happy to touch the 70s. Short story, I suffered a foot injury and took a one-week break, in which I simply walked around the hood. I feel I would have lost more weight had I not lost that 1 week. My advice to y'all, please get some nice walking shoes. This workout isn't as low impact as you might think. Anyway, lets gooooo! Journey to 70 kgs (my goal) continues
    UPDATE 3: April 6th. I weigh 77kgs now. I feel I am at that level where weight loss plateaus. The journey to 70 kgs continues.
    UPDATE 4: November 1. Took a long break from this exercise. I just walked for 12k steps each day. I am now back. I weigh 75kgs. I need to get to 70 before the end of the year. Happy with my current weight but that 70 is where my eyes are. Lets keep walking

    I did Leslie's workout during the pandemic, helped me lose 10 kilos and then moved up to lifting weights with Caroline Girvan and Lilly Sabri. Now i'm back, as unfortunately gained it all back after the pandemic 🥹 due to high level of stress lol. I find her workouts the most effective, entertaining, fun and easy to follow.

    I came across this video today,trying for the first time I cried for I could feel a burden falling off my body.i have been battling anxiety and depression.am on medication but it seems not to work I tried some other exercises nothing .but this gave me light .thank you so much and may God bless you.

      Yes, I remember when I was a kid some 15 years ago I would rent her vids from the library. Only workouts that would keep me engaged. Since then I couldn’t remember her name but was super easy to find by just looking up “walking workout lady”. Love these workouts and I can actually follow through. 😝

    Thank you so much. This helps a lot. I am 5'9", and I was 191 lbs. when I started doing this exercise in February. Now I am 160 lbs. I lost a lot of body fat and gained a lot of muscles. I used to have a asthma due to allergic reactions to dust, heat, etc., now I don't experience that anymore.

    Just started today and I have finished the first 30 minutes home work out. I never exercise and I was recently diagnosed with early stage heart failure. I trust this will work out will definitely be beneficial to my health
