    I moved from 83kgs to 76kgs in a month..l coupled it up with having one meal a day in the evening, drank lots of water..l had high blood pressure starting off at 156/105 now its constantly at 120/85..one of the most useful videos l ever found on this platform

    I am 81 yrs old and have followed your 30min walking exercise since Thanksgiving Day last year and doing it 6 days/week. I may be a second or two slower in some of your numbers, but in general I am able to keep up with your fast pace. It is helping me greatly, esp. with my balance/equilibrium. I thank God for your exercises to help us stay fit so we may live a more productive life. Keep up your good work.

      Good for you! I’m 69 and desperately need to get moving. I use to do Richard Simons, yoga and Tai Chi 15 years ago.
      I’m gonna start this tomorrow because I can feel myself getting weaker each year and it scares me. 😄

    After years of trying different methods, I've finally lost a lot of weight easily using a pretty method. I can't post the link here but you can find it on my channel
    To anyone who wants to lose weight as well:
    - Drink water before meals, consuming a glass of water before meals can help you feel fuller, which may lead to consuming fewer calories during the meal.
    - Replace sugary drinks with water, swap out sugary sodas, juices, and energy drinks with water. Not only will this reduce your calorie intake, but it will also eliminate empty calories and added sugars from your diet.
    - Stay hydrated, sometimes feelings of hunger can actually be masked thirst. Aim to drink water consistently throughout the day to stay hydrated and avoid mistaking thirst for hunger.

    I am so thankful to God for enabling me to do the walk home exercise during lockdown. I have lost 10kg and I have a testimony that exercise has good result in our health together with eating healthy. I suffer with arthritis and I have been told by my doctor that I have diabetes type 2 but after few months of walking at home, I have been told that I don't have diabetes anymore glory be to God for giving me the energy. I thank Leslie for being a good trainer and motivator.

    This really works as long as you’re consistent. I was a size 12 and now I’m a size 2. I did this workout almost everyday and drank lots of water. Only took a few months and I lost 60 pounds. Leslie is very encouraging and her workouts are the only ones that have given me results.

      @@ambreenkhan5994I started at once a day, then gradually progressed to three time a day! The first few months was a struggle but I kept at it! I now do this back to back, for one hour three times a week. That's how I maintain my weight 😁

    I've been doing it for 1 month. With intermittent fasting, I lost about 5 weights. I'm now starting a 45 minute walking series. It definitely works, don't be lazy and get started.

    This is the healthiest and safest way to lose weight. I've been working out with Leslie since June 18th, and I have lost 23 pounds without starving in two and a half months! I love these videos and how they motivate me to have a healthy body. I couldn't be more thankful!
    Update: I lost 30 pounds total in six months. It's been a year since I started, and I keep walking with Leslie, I am not on a diet anymore, but I haven't gained a pound since then. I feel strong and light today 9-5-23

    If anyone is searching thru the comments right now trying to figure out if this workout is effective... let me just tell you: IT IS! I'm down 20 pounds so far. I usually HATE working out but these walk at home videos are awesome. You'll definitely sweat but it's not so strenuous that you'll be in pain. HIGHLY recommend! Do this 4-5 times a week and see where it gets you!

    I used to do high intensity aerobics, but in the past 3 years I gained a lot of weight (around 15 kg which makes a total 20 kg over weight). I got discouraged because I knew I couldn't do those intense workouts any more. Now I found this low impact workout and I really feel that I can build a habit around it. When I though it through I realized that this is better than nothing and however it is not a fancy influencer workout, I feel I can do it consistently, which is always the key to success.
    Root for me, this was my fist day. I try to update every day❤

      I agree. In my opinion, her walking programs are so easy and effective, especially for someone beginning to start working out. She is the gateway for people to eventually branch out for other levels of fitness. She still looks like she did over 20 years ago when I first started working out to her videos.       I used to get headaches with intense cardio if I didn't eat something heavy before or very soon after iirc, it can be a low blood sugar issue

      I think to have to be in good condition to do HIIT and a lot of those intense workouts. Anything that advertises it can make you fit in a small number of minutes a week is probably for those who are almost fit already.

    I started off at 350 pounds and I’am now down to 263 pounds aside from eating the right things and being in a calorie deficit this walking workout has seriously helped me shed fat I look like a completely different person!! and I love myself so much more, great workout for your mental health as well Please do her workouts there amazing I love how you can do 1 mile or if you want to spice it up you can do 3 miles thank you so much Leslie for this walking program it has really changed my life❤️

      @@janiyafitch 7 days a week! sometimes 6 or 5 days if I needed a rest day but mostly 7 days a week cause I wanted results asap and I’ve lost 38lb since commenting but now unfortunately this workout doesn’t challenge me as much anymore so I’ve moved to her 3 &4 miles and I’m trying to complete here 5 mile best of luck to you!

    Wanted to let you know I did CrossFit till Covid then I had my meniscus fixed and was very upset because I couldn’t really do anything but before I had the surgery I needed to build the muscles up in my legs because Covid I wasn’t doing anything so I started your program of walking. I have not quit. I dropped 40 pounds, which was really good for me and that was fat, I gained 15 pounds of muscle built the muscle around my knee so that the surgery healing part would heal a lot quicker are properly and have never quit your program. I do it five times a week. I maintain my weight and I am 66 years old. Thank you for this.

    29.01.24 Day 1. I have tried my best to do the exercises having managed until 15mins through and stop start after that. I am 337lb and I can't wait to feel the difference and also go from beginning to end of the exercises without stopping. I feel refreshed and rejuvenated after having convinced myself that exercise is too hard...Yay!!! All you have to do is start...

      It's okay to stop/start as you build your fitness level. The most important thing is that you're trying, which is awesome!! If you're able to keep walking throughout, even if it's at a slower pace than the participants, you will get to where you want to be and will finish the video before you know it. You're absolutely right, all you have to do is start. I hope you feel proud of yourself because you absolutely should be! 😊

    So I found this video while searching for walking workouts, on 20th April 2024. At first I was skeptical about this workout but boy oh boy once I started getting into the vibe there was no going back! Michelle’s energetic and motivating commands and voiceover throughout the video had such a big impact on the workout. I was sweating like a pig, my heart rate went up and the best part is I wasn’t even tired. I am glad I found this video, I am gonna follow it every day along with some weight training.

Being an asian, it’s rather hard to avoid eating carbo (rice, noodles etc) I just cut back on carbo.. limit my sugar intake .. and i basically do what Ms Sansone says. I exercise 5 times a week. On the days that I don’t do her workout, I take walks around the block.

      Good luck and thanks for the motivation! I have a routine for each day of the week and started January 1st. I didn't miss a day until today. I didn't get a chance to exercise before dinner because my son was not feeling well. Everyone was in bed and I thought "no excuses". I took my dog for a good walk and then did this video. Beat my step goal for the day and feel like I got a decent arm workout too. I lost 35 lbs. last year and want to lose 30 more lbs this year to get to my goal. Let's make it happen!

    Been battling cancer since the beginning of this year and surgery in 7 days. I will be using these walking videos afterwards during recovery, minus most of the arm movements due to surgery. I'm excited I found these❤

    This is an answer to prayer so to speak. I'm 56 over weight grandmother who's been looking everywhere to find something just like this for me to do at home without having to go out and walk I'm currently raising my 3-year-old grandson and I'm not able to get out and walk because he's always with me it's difficult to walk with the toddler so this has just made my day finding this I'm so excited to look forward to starting this today thank you Leslie..

    I've been hosting a Zoom session using the Leslie Sansone videos since the end of March with my friends. I do a different video each day every day but Sunday. Although I haven't taken off any weight, my breathing and energy along with firming up is noticeable. Thanks from me and all my friends for these wonderful videos to keep us fit!

      Without a change in diet, you can not actually expect a change in weight.
      Check your diet habits:
      Do you eat very frequently?
      Do you eat lots of cabs and sugars?

    Since August of 2022 I have lost 50 lbs walking with Leslie. 🎉 This was on lazy mode of 2-3 times a week and not always calorie restricting. More importantly- the mental health benefits are profound!

Time and dieting is the only things restricting me back, but I plan to put my health first so I can influence others to do that as well.

    I just did this workout and it was great. Not a whole lot of distracting chatter, shouting out to the exercisers, and laughing, so it was easy to hear the beat and follow the cues. A fantastic workout. Thank you, Leslie!!

    This is my second winter walking at home. Thank you Leslie and your group for these videos. My husband and I doing this routine for 2 straight months now and love it! If we skip a day due to a busy schedule we start missing our friends from this video. I feel we became a whole family with Wendy, Nick, Nickey, Camilla, Maxine, Suzie, Carrey, Marvin. This is the best thing for us! We always been walkers but these videos are the best during cold temperature outside. We are so thankful!

    I love this video and have done so many on here in the past few years... As a middle school tennis coach, I am going to share this channel with my families so the kids can do some all-body workout/training at home in 30m just a couple times a week. It's too hard to find a way to do something like this when I have 40-50 kids spread across 8 different tennis courts, so something simple they can easily do at home is exactly what I need.

    This is a favorite of mine. I'm 56 soon 57 in May. I have arthritis in my knees and this seems not too hard on them. I love working out in my privacy of my home.       Tamson Darland I’m almost 55 with really bad knees, too. I agree with you. Totally doable and I never feel like she’s talking to the 20-30 crowd or asking for ridiculously challenging moves. Still, it gets the heart going and leaves you motivated to come back tomorrow!

    First time doing this work out april 25 2024 currently 118 kilos height 5'1. hope i keep having the motivation to do it every day. I just want to be at a healthy weight and not be sick anymore. I CAN DO THIS!!
