    Good luck with fermentation.😊🎉 I started in 2014 with a little scoby the size of a shirt button I found in a store-bought kombucha. I put it in half a cup of the kombucha liquid plus a bit of sugar in a bowl. I had a 300 liter aquarium that time so I placed the bowl over the warmest part of the aquarium cover. After a week, the scoby was 10 cm in diameter and I got going with fermentation. The good bacteria I have now in my apple cider vinegar is a descendant of that little scoby. Best regards!
