    Hi Felix,
a bit of homemaking, a bit of reading, enjoying a delicious homemade meal and going for a long walk in the snowy forest - looks like a very well spent day of for me 😁👍❄️
Glad to hear that your arm is healing nicely. Hope the scan in the hospital showed positive results.
I agree with you: it's important to be gentle with yourself. In the past, when i was frustrated or in a dark place mentally, i tended to push myself instead of taking a breath and allowing myself a break. But i'm working on that 😊 have a lovely evening!

Luckily the scans revealed a good progress in the healing, thank you!
I can absolutely relate to what you wrote concerning being gentle with yourself. I also have or have had that tendency to just suck it up and keep pushing forward. In my experience that can work in the short term but it will always come back and make things worse 😖
Thank you for your nice comment! Glad to have you around ☺

I love the snow! I hope to get some in England soon! Thanks for sharing what you bought on the grocery shop. I have been struggling for new ideas for meals so it’s very helpful!

11:58 It is good to reflect back on an injury or any troubling ache/pain. Or even an emotional insult. I was most of the time bedridden for seven years with a plethora of medicines most of them pain killers. It took me so long to go inside myself to find the cause of my suffering. But then again, I understand and was glad recovery took so long and still ongoing. There's more to recover; not only the physical health. That makes even the little snowflake so special.😊 Cheers from the North.🎄

You are so right! No matter what the pain is, there is so much that can be learned through reflection. I also had a very hard time that luckily now is in the past that I only got through thanks to hard and hones self reflection and taking action accordingly. ☺ Makes you appreciate everyday life even more, doesn't it🙏 Cheers up north! Have a lovely week ❄
