Honestly can’t help in the situation. I’m just here to boost the algorithm for more eyes and options to help 😂😂 hope it all works out man

@@b_swazzymodo I’ll tell yeah…. I can’t get it to clunk lol..: I’m hearing a squeak, and I know what I need to do for that. I need to relax A arm bushings. When I try to make it clunk, it won’t lmao 🤣 go figure

Solid top mount coilovers always clunk! I don't think you'll be able to get rid of it -- there's a reason OEM struts have rubber top mounts... 😟

I think HeavyMetalWRX had this same issue and has a video with the fix that worked for him.

@@Subi_doo Sorry about that, I hope you get it figured out :)

Those look a lil long… most importantly, make sure you tighten the endlinks while they are under load or else the pillowball joints will rotate. Will need elbow grease and make sure they are tight! And yes bc they seem a little long, make sure it’s not hitting anything ie: lower control arms

@@waybach I’m seeing about 1/4 clearance between link and arm. Which end links do you have? My white lines I picked up for this, in the shortest setting are the same length as the current ones.

@@Subi_dooI’m using the ones provided from fortune..

Wonder if it will clunk if you just take off the endlinks temporarily until you get the right size

@@waybachhonestly that’s what was thinking of doing if I can’t see any grease transfer marks

@@waybach so I just took it for a drive. I couldn’t get it to make any clunking noises lmao… things driving me nuts… I know it clunks but when I actually try to get the noise, I just get little squeaks and I know why that is. These the A arm bushings not yet relaxed.

@ im running silvers. I did add more preload then i soften the damper on 8 clicks. There’s some clunk but barely

It’s most likely front endlinks lol

@@XxMirageOxX endlinks are tight, but I’m going to swap the oem style for a more robust WHITELINE option just to see if that helps the suspension much.
What I did find is someone messed with my dampening adjusters and they were way too hard. Dialed back and haven’t heard a loud clunk since. I still hear some very small thumps, but nothing like it was before. I think the noise that is left is just the coilover nature itself and it’s so quiet, it doesn’t bother me. If it was the loud ones I was having last week, yeah that bothered me. So it’s looking like the shocks where set way to stiff for the road. I’ll do a follow up video after I tweak a few more things.
