- I Don't Use Oven to Make Bread. Since I learned this secret, I make them every day. Incredibly delicious. You don't need an oven to bake fresh homemade bread. Anyone can prepare it! No one believes i bake them myself. This surprised all my friends. They don't go to bakery anymore. Few people bake bread like that. The result is truly incredible. We eat for a month and still want more.

Recipe and ingredients:
Recipe #1 - 0:00-6:33
280 ml warm water
7g instant yeast
Mix well
500g all purpose wheat flour
Sift flour
9g salt (1.5 teaspoon)
Add salt
Mix well
35ml vegetable oil (3 tablespoons)
Knead the dough
Pour some oil into a bowl
Grease the bowl
Cover the dough and let it rest
in a warm place for 40 minutes
Knead the dough again
Form it into a ball
Divide it into 8 parts
Form the dough into balls
Lay out the dough balls on a dry frying pan
Don't worry, they don't have to be perfectly round
Cover the dough and
let it rest for 20 minutes
IMPORTANT: set heat to very low
Fry for 15 minutes with a lid on
Cover the frying pan with
a sheet of baking paper and a plate
Now flip it over
Put the dough back on the frying pan
Cover the frying pan and fry for
8 minutes on very low heat
Let bread cool down
Recipe #2 - 6:33-14:17
400g flour (type 00)
Sift flour
130 ml warm whole milk
130 ml warm water
1 tablespoon of sugar (12g)
6g instant yeast
Mix well
1 teaspoon of salt (6g)
Mix the ingredients
35 ml vegetable oil
Knead the dough until
it stops being sticky
Pour some vegetable oil
Cover the bowl
Let it rest in a warm
place for 60 minutes
Shape the dough into a ball
Divide it into 8 equal pieces
Each piece should weigh around 85-87 g
Shape pieces into balls
Lay out the dough balls
Cover them
and let them rest for 40 minutes
Sprinkle the board with flour
Roll out the dough to get a flat circle
(around 14 cm in diameter)
IMPORTANT: the dough
has to be rolled evenly
Keep the same thickness
otherwise air pocket
will not form
Your dough should be this thick
(more or less)
Before you put the dough on a frying pan,
let it rest for 20 minutes
Set medium heat and preheat
a dry frying pan for 3 minutes
Flip the dough every 10 seconds
IMPORTANT: your dough needs
to cook evenly on both sides
After the third flip
the inside of the dough should
start to fill with hot air
Continue to flip the dough
every 10 seconds
If the dough stops to puff up,
press gently on the air bubble
to distribute the air inside
Turning the dough
around can help too
Now I am waiting for the dough
o change color on both sides
At the end, you can let hot air escape
Melt 50g butter
Chop some fresh parsley
Brush a warm flatbread with butter
this will make it more
flexible after cooling down
Sprinkle it with parsley to give it more flavor
