- Secret Tricks They Hide From You ! Found This Method After Weeks of Failures. Cheap and incredibly tasty. Forget difficult recipes, this method never fails. My whole family is excited. The most delicious flatbread I’ve ever tried. It puffs up like a balloon! You can put a lot of filling inside. This bread doesn’t break easily. It is ready in 5 minutes. I didn’t know how they make this bread. I couldn’t find the solution for so long, but now I know the secret. It’s so easy, but you have to know the steps. Just repeat after me and enjoy delicious flatbread. Everybody will be surprised with the result.

Recipe and ingredients:
400g flour (type 00)
Sift flour
130 ml warm whole milk
130 ml warm water
1 tablespoon of sugar (12g)
6g instant yeast
Mix well
1 teaspoon of salt (6g)
Mix the ingredients
35 ml vegetable oil
Knead the dough until
it stops being sticky
Pour some vegetable oil
Cover the bowl
Let it rest in a warm
place for 60 minutes
Shape the dough into a ball
Divide it into 8 equal pieces
Each piece should weigh around 85-87 g
Shape pieces into balls
Lay out the dough balls
Cover them
and let them rest for 40 minutes
Sprinkle the dough with flour
Roll out the dough to get a flat circle
(around 14 cm in diameter)
IMPORTANT: the dough has to be rolled evenly
Keep the same thickness otherwise air pocket will not form
Before you put the dough on a frying pan,
let it rest for 20 minutes
Set medium heat and preheat
a dry frying pan for 3 minutes
Flip the dough every 10 seconds
IMPORTANT: your dough needs
to cook evenly on both sides

After the third flip
the inside of the dough should
start to fill with hot air
Continue to flip the dough
every 10 seconds
If the dough stops to puff up,
press gently on the air bubble
to distribute the air inside
Turning the dough
around can help too
Now I am waiting for the dough
to change color on both sides
At the end, you can
let hot air escape
Melt 50g butter
Chop some fresh parsley
Brush a warm flatbread with butter
this will make it more
flexible after cooling down
Sprinkle it with parsley
to give it more flavor
Look how fluffy and flexible it turned out
You can fold or roll it
however you like !
Imagine how much delicious
filling you can put inside

I love it! Can you use all purpose flour for this recipe?
Thank you ☺! I'm really glad you liked it. I tried different kinds of all purpose flour in Poland and it was very hard to make the dough even when I was rolling it out. Most of the time the dough was breaking (had holes in it) or was uneven so I couldn't get the air pocket. This doesn't mean that your all purpose flour will give you the same results as mine. There are many varieties of all purpose flour across countries, so it could be just enough, especially if it's higher protein content. As pointed in the video, it always works out with 00 type flour. No wonder why they use it to make pizza ;).

I'm from India. Which yeast do you use? There's instant, active and dry.
Hey 😃! Greetings 👋. I use instant yeast, but you can use any other. With other types you need to wait to let the yeast activate, but you probably know that 😉.
