- Secret Tricks Bakers Hide from You! So Soft Inside, Super Crunchy Outside! My grandfather was right. Bakers keep this a secret. Use these simple methods and a miracle will happen! It’s not hard at all. Anyone can do it. I never tried better bread rolls. The dough is soft like a cloud! Incredibly delicious. Everybody will be surprised with the result. So tasty! We make these rolls every day for breakfast! Follow these simple steps and you will eat the crunchiest rolls. The crust is so yummy. Forget all other recipes! You will eat with a big smile!

Recipe and ingredients:
50 g bread flour
5 g instant yeast
70 ml water (room temperature)
Mix well
Cover the bowl
Let it rest in a warm place for 30 minutes
250 g bread flour
7g salt
5g sugar
Mix the ingredients
After 30 minutes
Add the dry ingredients
130 ml water (room temperature)
Mix well
30g melted butter (cooled down)
Let it rest for 5 minutes
then form into a ball
Pour some vegetable oil to the bowl
Put the dough into the bowl
Cover the bowl
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes in a warm place
Divide the dough into 6 equal parts
Repeat after me, it's very easy
Roll the dough and press it with your fingers
Pinch the edges
Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes
Roll out lightly
Roll the dough and press it with your fingers

Lay out the dough on a tray with baking paper
Let it rest for 20 minutes
Now notch every top twice
Preheat the oven to 200℃
Roll two small towels and put them
in the middle of the tray
Pour boiling water on the towels
Slide the tray into the very bottom of the oven
Spray dough with cold water
Bake at 200℃ for 15-20 minutes
Slide the tray into the middle of the oven
Let the rolls cool down

Yes, you want the water to evaporate and create steam environment for your bread rolls, this way they will get extra crunchy at the end 😉.
