  • My Kids Want This Three Times a Week, I’m Not Surprised ! This milk bread is the softest I've ever tried. Easy method and the result is incredible. Whoever tries it, asks for the recipe. If you like milk, you will be happy to see this recipe! When my kids want something sweet, I always prepare that. The dough is like a cloud. Soft and fluffy. Everybody thought I bought it at the baker’s. This milk bread is cheap and delicious. Bake with Pan Chleb and enjoy life.

    Recipe and ingredients:
    #1 Recipe 0:00-7:58
    180 ml warm whole milk
    4 g instant yeast
    Mix well
    50 g sugar
    Mix well
    100 g condensed milk
    350 g bread flour
    Sift flour
    5 g salt
    Combine all ingredients
    Mix everything with a spatula
    50 g melted butter (cooled down)
    Mix until the dough absorbs butter
    Knead until the dough is smooth
    Pour some vegetable oil into the bowl
    Let the dough rest in a warm place for 60 minutes
    Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces
    Shape all pieces into balls
    Cover and let them rest for 20 minutes
    I used two 1 liter glass dishes (size: 21cm x 15 cm x 7 cm)
    Grease with some butter
    Cover and let the dough rest for 1 hour
    The dough rose well
    1 tablespoon of milk
    1 egg
    Mix well
    Preheat the oven to 170℃, only bottom heating
    Slide your tray into the second bottom level of the oven and bake for 10 minutes
    then change to top and bottom heating and bake for 12 minutes
    30 g condensed milk
    Brush the top of bread when it's still hot
    now let it cool down in the dish

    360 g bread flour
    Sift flour
    40 g powdered milk
    5 g salt
    Mix well
    200 ml warm whole milk
    6 g instant yeast
    Mix well
    60 g sugar
    1 medium egg
    Mix well
    Mix ingredients
    160 g raisins
    80 g melted butter (cooled down)
    Form dough into a ball
    Pour some vegetable oil into the bowl
    Cover the dough
    Let the dough rest in a warm place for 40 minutes
    Prepare 3 small baking tins (the size I used: 15x10x7cm)
    Form the dough into a ball
    Spread the dough

    Roll the dough into 3 balls
    Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes
    Roll out the dough
    Roll up the dough
    Divide the dough into 3 equal parts
    Pour some oil into the baking tin
    Grease the tin
    1 tablespoon of milk
    1 medium egg
    Add milk to egg
    Mix well
    Brush the dough
    Move the dough to other tins
    Brush the top
    Let the dough rest for 20 minutes
    Preheat the oven to 180℃ (top and bottom heating)
    Bake for 35 minutes
    When the bread is done, let it cool down

      Thanks for the feedback! A lot of people working in the food industry actually wear such gloves, in many restaurants and any food related shops. It's actually not that uncommon.
