    Hey guyssss,
    I am so excited to be bringing to you today one of my favourite breakfasts bars / well balanced snack bars. They are super easy to make !!! They’re gluten free, vegan and refined sugar free using only 3 ingredients!
    Oatmeal Breakfast Bars are a healthy, filling, and they will keep you powered for hours. These breakfast bars are easy to make, can be frozen, and are great for snacks too. What I love about these is that you can play about with the ingredients and add nuts, seeds, fruits, raisins etc.
    Bananas can help fight off depressions, energises the brain, a sourAntioxidantsidants and they are an excellent source of energy, carbohydrates, potassium and vitamin B6, all of which can help boost energy levels.
    Oats are packed with energy, improves digestion, helps lower cholesterol and are full of vitamins and minerals. They are a combination of high fibre and complex, slow-digesting carbohydrates. This results in a slow release of sugar into the blood after a meal which provides a sustained supply of energy to the body.
    Cinnamon helps you lose weight, reduces inflammation, helps to balance blood sugar, contains a good dose of calcium, reduces bloating and IBS, powerful antioxidant, contains vitamins minerals for optimal health.
    Blueberries (Optional) helo to keep healthy bones, healthy skin, reduces high blood pressure, manages diabetes, protects against heart aliments, improves mental health, enables healthy digestion and is a strong antioxidant.

    Hi Tia, came here from Sarah Louise's channel. I too am a personal trainer but a little, well a lot, older than yourself. Nice to meet you (virtually) and look forward to following you. I am always looking for healthy ideas. I don't have any recipes on my channel yet but just do workouts for beginners. I do make my own cakes, especially protein-based so may record one of those myself eventually. They look delicious.

    I love your channel, Tia, and this is an awesomely simple and healthy recipe that even I can't mess up; and, it's perfect for my long-distance bicycling rides. The first time I tried your recipe, I didn't have blueberries (but, I love them and they're so healthy!), so I added some dried cranberries and sliced almonds -- they turned out quite nicely. A cycling buddy tried your recipe and used dates in lieu of blueberries -- his preference and almost as healthy as blueberries. Thank you! Liked and subscribed.

    Sorry I am late Tia, I was cooking... I like these T but i am thinking about using the apro milk instead of the water.. Being having a lot of smoothies for breakfast these are a fabulous idea and i can do two different batch for few day... And they are super healthy... Thanks T xxx

    You didn't mention what temperature the oven needs to be preheated to? I really want to make these,,,I'd be grateful if you could let me know,thanks

      Hi Gina I’m so so sorry for this late reply, I put my oven to about 180/190 also it depends on the size of your bananas if you’re using large bananas you may need to bake them for an extra 10 min xxx

    I did read the comments. I haven't figured out what the proper setting is for the oven just yet. The setting saw in the comments seems very low. Let me just go back through the comments to see if I missed something.

      I found a comment for 180/190... wondering if that's Celsius...if so that would be 350 Fahrenheit. Going to try today and see how they come out.

      @@elizabethmattwilley7895 YES THAT'S CELSIUS. MOST REGULAR OVENS IN THE U.S. DON'T HAVE THOSE LOW TEMPS IN FARENHEIT. THE LOWEST WOULD BE 200 FARENHEIT.
