    I just made it. It's cooling in the refrigerator. I'm hoping my family likes it because it was a great way to use hemp and chia seeds I've had in the refrigerator for a while. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

    Oh, I am so sorry to hear you’ve had chemo. I pray you are okay. Take your parchment paper and crinkle it. It will then lay nicely in your pan. ❤

    I LOVE Chinese 5 spice! I used to find it easily and always added it to my hot oatmeal for breakfast. Can't find it anywhere now. I really want to try these no-bake bars, my grands would love to make this for me and themselves. Thanks.

      Hi Mary! I found mine at Costco last month (I think I've seen it at Walmart before too 🤔). Since then, I've been putting it in everything! I'll have to try it in my oatmeal next 😊 thanks for the suggestion!

    Your recipe says 3/4 cup maple syrup and you said 1/2 cup maple syrup! But then u added more.

      I decided I liked them better with the extra... especially when using the Chinese five spice. So, I just tweaked my recipe 😊
