      Thanks for this. I was really looking forward to a new challenge after completing the 30 days. What you do is amazing. With arthritis kicking in to various parts of my body, I'm finding the yoga is really helping.

    This is my favorite class! I'm flexible because I was a ballet dancer, but at 67 it's even more important to remain flexible. Thank you for your classes, Kassandra. You are a fantastic teacher.

    Kassandra... that threat the needle movement with pigeon pose is something I’ve never seen elsewhere and I just LOVED this pose. I feel like you opened something in my body! When you said “grab your heel” I was literally like “What?” then my hand touched my heel and it felt like a revelation hahahahaha Just wanted to express my gratitude for all your flows... you are the one I go towards when I look for something sweet and stretchy... love your voice, your words. Thank you for everything!!! Love from France!!!❤️

    🙋🏻‍♀️ Since following Kassandra’s excellent yoga instruction I can not only touch my toes for the first time in 58 years (now 59) I feel great and have way more energy/flexibility than the 20 year olds I work with 😊 I’ve also been told by my gym instructor I’ve noticeably improved! Brilliant yoga 🧘‍♀️ instructor & a pleasure to follow. 👍🏻

    My pigeon still doesn’t know how to thread haha but this stretching session was what I needed this Sunday afternoon...thanks for promoting joyful movement rather than “weight loss” focused videos. This is what I want my lifestyle to consist of rather than it being too body focused xx

    The title of this practice is a misnomer. Yes, great flexibility work, but don't be fooled; this is a great total body workout. Heart rate up with standing splits and pyramid squats, camel challenge, and yes, GREAT stretches. I know I say this a lot, Kassandra, but this is one of your best and my favorites!

    Really enjoyed it. But I normally like to get my full 30 mins of yoga. These series are more 20 min yoga series. Thanks very much for such enjoyable yoga.

    Loved this one! It really stretched out my hips and hamstrings. From running, they tend to get pretty tight. Please do more flexibility yoga!

    So basically this is one of the yogi s to follow on youtube.
    Her stuff always makes you feel good and its a perfect intro to intermediate....
    Its actually great for all levels, and is especially good because Kassandra isnt annoying.
    Some of you Will know what I mean.
    The only other youtube yoga I do is Travis Elliot and on occasion Ill do some random Kundalini video though I havent quite found an instructor I love there are a couple I do like a lot.
    Thank you Kassandra for being just what I need whether its bedtime stretch, no props yin, vinyassa or spicy abs (which is one of my favorites because it doesnt feel like youre doing anything until the next day when you feel it) it may be called spicy core idk either way its spicy

      Then you need to relax, deepen and soften your breath and not try so hard. Just let go. We're not expected to be able to do what she does. If you're doing it right, yoga should feel really good the whole time. You'll feel a stretch but that's about it. If your breath is constricted you need to let off a little bit until you can slow it down and deepen it. Then gently push back to where it gets mildly uncomfortable. Then keep repeating this cycle. It's called finding your edge, where it just gets mildly uncomfortable and then relaxing.

    After using about a dozen or more of your classes, I have become a devotee. The sequences flows are creative and seamless; the instruction is clear, straightforward, and understandable, with options to make postures more or less intense; and your presentation is gentle. I love what you have to offer. If you haven't already done it, I would love a class that incorporates both flexibility and balance - 1/2 hour, 45 minutes, or an hour - or all of the above. So grateful.

    I like it that you show practices from at home. Because a lot of us do not have a separate practice space for ourselves at home. It just shows that a regular practice is still possible snd does not depend on a spacious fancy yoga studio.

    It was my favourite of yours so far, felt SO good after a hard HIIT workout yesterday! Thank you so much, I love your transitions and you’re voice is so soothing and peaceful. After doing a couple of your classes here and there for two months I can see a drastic change in my flexibility! Keep doing what you’re doing 🧡
