      However, this practice was wonderful. And I'm SO grateful that I made it to the end ( not sure if you know , but I have advanced stage liver disease and in dire need of a transplant, to stay alive , so I'm Beyond grateful that I had the strength to makeit to the end, yaaaay)Thanks again Kassandra, you're a Huge blessing, Namaste Beautiful 🙏🏻💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖

      This was Amazing!! I love how you made us forget about the toes stretching with eagle arms🙏, that was the longest I've stayed in a toe stretch and it felt wonderful. Also I LOVE square pose!! I do it everyday and now you've given me another variation of it❤️. I never thought I'd fall in love with yoga, but I can't wait to get on the mat, love meditation and it has helped me gain some control over my tinnitus. I can't wait to do the 75 minute yin class tonight before bed 🙏🙏

    I just celebrated my 4 year yogaversary last week, which marks 1 1/2 years practicing with you! The best part about yoga is that I feel something new and wonderful in my body every day. So grateful for my body and for this practice. Thank you, Kassandra. Namaste ♥️🙏

      I’m just over 3 years practicing, and April will be 3 years since I discovered this channel. I teach yoga now, but Kassandra is still often my go to channel for practicing at home, when I am not doing my own sequence.

    This was my first yoga practice after the loss of my beloved dog two days ago. I had the feeling it was made especially for this moment, to help me heal. It was hard not having her come to sit with me , like she always did, as soon as i sat on the mat, but i believe she was there and helped me through it.

    I love this sequence. It stretches the entire body but it is melow enough that I can do it before going to bed and I get all relaxed. One of my favorites!

    This was such an amazing class! Perfect for a lower-intensity, but very deep stretch. Your flows are always so creative, and I love that you always incorporate some of my favourite poses like thread the needle and pigeon. You're by far my favourite yoga teacher on youtube! My cat came to join me for shavasana too. Thank you for the great class.

    After far too long fighting knee and wrist injuries, there's no instructor I'd rather turn to get me back on track and feeling good again. And this was the perfect practice for that. Thank you 🙏🏻

    I think what I appreciated most about this practice is the fact that you were honest with your body in Dhanurasana. A lot of people need to see that yoga is not about bending their back into a deep stretch if it is unhealthy for them. So this was a good lesson to those that are new to yoga or newer to yoga to practice for your body's needs, & not a competition or using too much strenuous force. Thank you for setting a good yoga example, it's refreshing.

    I have a rotator cuff injury so had been avoiding yoga for fear of re injuring my shoulder. This is a great stretching routine and Kassandra explains each pose in great detail whereas I almost don’t need to to watch her demonstrate the pose . So grateful I discovered her you tube sessions . NAMASTE

    No matter how long I take a break from yoga, I can always come back to it and feel perfectly at home. Yoga often makes me feel that all things are possible, and that I’m starting anew each time I come to the mat. Lovely sequence, thank you Kassandra.

    Thank you Kassandra. I must have done this particular practice 3 or 4 dozen times, I love it so much. I can almost do it by heart. I so appreciate your yoga style, it is challenging yet gentle on the body and loving on the mind.
