      Ended my day with this. Yoga with Kasandra has changed my lifestyle positively since the Pandemic. How I wish I've discovered her a long long time ago. You've been part of my daily dose of inner peace. I feel great everyday, became flexible, in better shape now and most importantly I look at life positively despite this trying time. Thank you Kasandra, from me and my entire family ❤️

    That was lovely. I saw this in my notifications, started it, and then realized it was over 30 minutes. I though, “I’m not sure I have time for this.” After finishing, I’m sure I didn’t have time NOT to do this. Music was very nice too. Thank you and good night.

    At first I thought do I really have time for 30 minutes. I then reframed and said I want this 30 minutes time for me to really relax before bed. I had a deep tissue massage today and this has helped the soreness. I love these night time yoga practices. Thank you. Namaste xo

    You are my favorite online yoga teacher ♥️ I like that you have shorter routines and that you take time allowing for breathing at a slower pace. I also love that you allow as much time on the second side as the first. Many teachers seem to rush on the second side. Thank you.

    I'm a trauma survivor and they have yoga at my crisis classes. I found it helped me ground during panic attacks.
    Thank you so much for this. I bought a mat and started doing yoga at home. I think I'll follow along with this video every night.

    Last night was the first time I tried one of the longer bedtime practices. I slept like a rock and felt fantastic. According to my watch, I had over five hours of deep sleep out of seven hours. (I only had time for a shorter practice tonight, but those are effective, too.) Thank you.

    Happy baby is my favourite pose and was praying till the end that it should be included (could have done it by myself but still wanted to hear Kassandra say it)
    And when she did I said thank you unconsciously . Don't know where it came from but it did. And I was chuckling till the end.
    I know it sounds as a stupid story but was fun to me .

    It's so interesting how when life becomes stressful people (or at least I) lose sight of habits that make you feel good. Such as a healthy diet and yoga. Today was my first yoga session again in weeks & boy do I feel it. Aches and pains everywhere from working my desk job 10+ hours a day lately. 😢
    But these 30 minutes helped so much already! So see you tomorrow in the next session 😀💪

    The timing couldn’t be more perfect for this. I’ve been having an intense upper back pain from working from home and staring at the screen all day. This was one of the best Yoga sessions ever for me. Thanks a lot Kassandra!
