    This is my favorite class of all time. I love the flow, it's both strong and gentle at the same time. KitKat is adorable - and apparently dabbles in magic as he disappeared *) My cat Cam loves yoga as well. Thanks Kassandra!

    My affirmation is “I am achieving greatness with ease and joy”. Thank you Kassandra I have been practicing yoga with you for almost 90 days. I started with the 30 day challenge on November 3, just a few weeks before my 44th birthday...let’s just say I haven’t stopped! I did your 30-day challenge twice and now I practice 20-30 mins everyday. I can do things I swore I wouldn’t be able to do. I look forward to your sweet face and voice everyday guiding me to better health and my best life.

    This was brilliant! I’ve been doing 10 minutes every morning with you for my whole lockdown which has now been over 50 days, and I love it. This was my first time doing a longer morning class and it has made me feel amazing. Kitkat made it even better with her guest appearances! Thank you Kassandra for helping me every morning. 😻

    Wow, I'm so glad I did that. This is going to sound really silly but I've been really hard on myself recently so I'm trying to be kinder to myself by doing exercise that makes me feel good and positive about the day ahead, rather than dreading it. At the end of the video when you said to 'thank yourself for carving out some time in the day to do this' I started to get emotional and tear up. In a good way. How strange. and embarrassing >.< Thank you though! I'm definitely going to try and do this every morning.

      Make sure you are giving your body fuel before and after yoga. I know I feel really jello like and weak after just 30 minutes of vinyasa if I haven’t eaten properly

    Good morning - my intention for today is "being mild and patient" to whatever comes my way. This flow was a bit challenging - since #fibromyalgia made me rethink my life, I have issues with keeping my balance. Much love to KitKat! Whenever I roll out my mat, I am sure to be surrounded by 3 of my 5 cats. The eldest like to really bonk into me as I am trying to flow through the poses - needless to say I am sometimes knocked out of it LOL

    I love working out with you. I feel so much better and limble when I'm done. I do not, however, like when you start talking to, and about your cats. My eyes are closed and mind is focused and that throws me off every time. I still work out every morning to your videos.

    Harmony! Thank you, Kassandra...p.s. my practice includes a Maltepoo puppy I’’ve been sitting...going with the flow in harmony with ALL my surroundings, a beautiful morning in my valley, birds chirping and crows cawing, all around, and me on my mat! Puppy responded to chant, haha!🙏🐶🧘🏻‍♀️💕

    Thank you Kasandra I did your yoga after 4 weeks off. I am back and I am grateful. I am very new to the whole concept of mindfulness, affirmation and visualisation. I could not think of an affirmation first I just wanted this feeling of anxiety to go away. I thought hard how to positively verbalise it and I think I have found one that resonates with me today: "I am at peace with life, I already have everything I need, I feel joy and happiness." 🙏
