    Hey Kassandria I am a 12 year old boy and you might not expect someone like me to do yoga but I have been following you channel since I was 10 and I really appreciate you strength and kindness in guiding these yoga practices Alot has been going and doing yoga just feels soooo freeing

    I have to confess that I am mourning the loss of my regular go-to yoga teacher Lesley Fightmaster. But, allow me to say that I have been finding your flows just lovely and your voice and affect are just as calming to my ears throughout the entire practice, regardless of how challenging it becomes. Thank you so much. I’m grateful that I found you.

      Lesley was also my go to for 6 years. Losing her was very hard. I still do her classes every now and again because they are fantastic.

      Kassandra I have been a teacher now for 25 yrs, but met with some health challenges five years ago. It was a VERY challenging period, going through heart valve failure and subsequent surgery. But now as I strengthen and return to practice, your classes have every element of rehab within them, including a challenge that I can adapt when it may become a bit intense. I SO appreciate your offerings. I Am Blessed and I Am deeply thankful 🥰💞🥰

    Thank you for including shavasina at the end of the practice. So many videos end in shavasina and say “stay here as long as you like”, the video ends, and you hear TH-cam ads while you’re trying to stay peaceful 🥲

    I've been practicing with you for years, since the backyard days with your cats - it's such a thrill to see how far you've come. The new space is beautiful, it must be such a relief to no longer have to book and rent studio spaces. This practice was lovely with the right amount of challenge. The closing chant stirred up something for me and I nearly burst into tears. I've never had that happen before.

      Well...I didn't like it...maybe it was just too loud...I'd rather have silence as it more restful and calming. The long pedal tone sounds at the beginning and ending were unsettling...and then the other stuff was too loud. Can't please everyone right? :)

    Thank you Kassandra. When I first started yoga 20 months ago, I tried the thread the needle with leg raised at a live yoga class. I fell out 😂 and just couldn’t do it. Just done this today and held it perfectly ❤🙏🙏 I do your classes 3-4 times a week, and every day in my holidays. So thank you for being a big part of my yoga life 💕🙏 xx

    I love your yoga videos. I'm a stay at home mother, and whenever I need a pick me up in the midst of all the chaos at home, I always turn on one of your videos. It always puts me at peace... and then my two year old comes and tries to break my computer and the chaos is on again 😂. Thanks for helping me cope and get through my day.

    Long time yogi here. Trained as ashtanga teacher. Was going to heated studio 4 times a week for many years. Found you during lockdown. My new studio is in my bathroom with heated floors practicing with you every day. Love the minimal cues classes too. I was so tired of sun salutations. Love the variety you offer.

    I am actually so happy after doing this video. I've only been doing yoga for a few short months and I took a break recently. Before this I've only ever done beginner sequences, and I clicked on this video thinking it was another beginner sequence. Only after the video I ended I realised I completed a whole intermediate sequence for the first time, and managed to do the whole thing! Thank you so much for this video, it felt so good, in so many ways!

    As a regular yoga practitioner, I find most yoga classes on TH-cam a little too easy for my liking. This is a lovely and relaxing vinyasa flow that's also very fun to do and the difficulty is what I usually expect from a yoga studio. Thank you for sharing this lovely class☺️❤

    My yoga teacher is out due to surgery and I have been forced to find online programs. I bumped myself up from beginner to intermediate with this video and although there were some poses that were a little too hard for me yet; strength wise, I kept up pretty well nevertheless. I found your voice to be calming and I absolutely LOVE that you did the shivasna at the end. There was another person I tried online and didn't like that there was not a corpse pose/shivasna to close it out. i don't feel complete unless that is a part of my practice. This was very good and I will be following more of your yoga classes. Thank you!

    I've been doing the 30 day morning yoga challenge and have been loving it so much, I'm starting to crave yoga in the evenings! This flow was so wonderful. Warming, but relaxing.     I’ve continued doing 10-15min every morning and night after your challenges. Now I’m adding in slightly longer practices a few times a week. My body is so happy I’m doing this, and I’m thankful to you for providing it!

    Casandra I absolutely love your classes! You strike such a good balance between direction and allowing for a peaceful practice ...while working hard! I have bookmarked many of your classes but this one is especially awesome. If you ever need ideas for another 40 to 45 minute class, please do an extended version of this one! Thank you for all the great classes!

    I love these ❤ I haven't done yoga since my son was young and these intermediate classes actually feel like I'm in the perfect balance of pushing enough to feel an affect but calming enough where it's not too much. I have 3 workouts I'm doing every other day and I think I might add some of your beginner classes for the days inbetween to really start helping the emotional turmoil my bipolar has decided to add. ❤❤

    I actually rolled over and fell after lifting the left leg in thread the needle 😂 and then you said be careful not to roll over. I did not blame or criticize myself. I was curious like you always suggest. Even though it was challenging, I was smiling at the end. This was a fun class. Thank you, Kassandra.

    Really lovely practice today. I love half hour to 45 min. classes. Today's class left me feeling energized and balanced. It really worked the morning kinks out. Love your new studio! thanks for all you do.

    I pick one of your 20 or 30 minute practices each month doing it for a full month every day. This one is my January practice, it’s hard but I plan on doing it all poses by the 15th of this month. Definitely a challenge for me. I ❤️ your classes!
