    She’s literally the most gentle, calming, and aware teacher. She reassures and knows when someone might be putting too much effort into a pose and calms you into focusing on relaxing. You are my favorite instructor by far💕

    I've been following you for years and this is my FAVORITE class you've ever done - and the best class I've ever done - period! The pace was perfect, the stretches got me moving but just enough, the music was wonderful and soft, and your instruction was not too much and not too little. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!     I love Kassandra's yoga videos. I do some yoga video most every day, and Kassandra's does just exactly the right amount of clear instruction without distracting chit-chat. (Yoga students are quiet out of deference for concentration and a meditative state. I find it distracting when instructors attempt to entertain.) The music is likewise almost unnoticeable--peaceful, not distracting. Kassandra's classes are also titled accurately and I appreciate that. She keeps the class moving and I always feel we've covered everything when I'm through. Thank you, Kassandra!

    This is my absolute favorite yoga sequence and I watch it regularly. Perfect pacing, and I really feel SUCH a dramatic difference by the end.     Thanks for this video. I like its pace and intensity. I like your calm instructions and the softness of it all.
    I have one frustration though and that is that I am so non-flexible that even for this beginner’s flow I have to pass for much of the time. I have been doing yoga for a few months now and I am at a point that I get frustrated about not being able to sit straight with my legs stretched or to lift my legs in a right angle wile lying on my back. I’m not even talking of down-dog. It seems to me that once you get beyond that point, things are actually becoming easier because you can let gravity do the work, whereas now I have to work very hard (muscle-wise) without even managing, and so I tighten, mentally and physically.
    I don’t want to stop doing yoga, but I have a hard time motivating myself because being flexible seems to be as far off as ever as well as a prerequisite. It’s not that I don’t realise the good things yoga brings me apart form flexibility. It’s that so many (all) of the instruction video’s seem to start from a point that I have far from reached. And it’s easy to say: it doesn’t matter where you are, but the whole point of following instruction videos is being able to do things together, grow together, get beyond obstacles together etc.
    So please, any advice is welcome. I am looking for those lessons that bring me to the level where I can at least start to follow along with ‘beginner’s yoga’ videos. I wouldn’t mind doing only exercises to improve my flexibility for a while, but then it would have to be exercises form where I am right now, not the ones that go ‘suppose you know how to bend double …’.

    Thanks you so much! I’ve always been quite stiff in full happy baby pose, but the way you planned out the half baby in the beginning and then the full baby in the end was really effective. For the first time, I felt comfortable in the full pose. I will revisit this class for sure. 🙏 💕

    I just did the class and i love it, a great class! I like the sequences, they flowed well and i liked the variations you did for some of the moves. There were some poses i haven't done in a while and it was nice to do them again, I feel fully stretched in all areas of my body. I like it also because you can do the class any time of the day, morning to open/stretch/centre/ground, during the day to do the same and even in the evening to calm/relax/stretch/prepare for sleep, the slow flow is good for that. Thank you for doing this class, i feel wonderful, relaxed, fully stretched and ready to create my ideal day! You are wonderful for all you do Kassandra! Namaste.
