    Mizi, your channel is really precious. This workout was as wonderfuI as old ones . I have been doing your exercises about 3 weeks and I lost 5kg already. It seems very easy but actually, it's a balanced routine. I always end up sweating so much. Most important, it keeps me going.

      @@thisismaer I did lose overall weight and my belly got flatter as well. I do Mizi workouts every day. Sometimes it is for fat lose and sometimes it's focusing on specific area. For example this one will help you to lose and flatten belly.

    I followed this workout all the way through and burned 500+! That's a new goal. Plus, since this is a 7 day challenge, I shall try to do it for 7 days! Needless to say this is the first workout my legs felt like jelly, and my arms were trying to give out on me when I needed them. Thank you so much, I feel so refreshed!

After I complete the challenge of 7 days, I will start another of your challenges. I am really surprised, but I can see a good effect on my abs.     Day 1 - done
    Day 2 - done (slight ache on the sides)
    Day 3 - done
    Day 4 - skipped (walked 8000 steps instead)
    Day 5 - done (now it is easy)
    Day 6 - done
    Day 7- done (will do it one more day since I skipped once)

    Found you by accident and immediately tried your exercise because it looks doable. Managed to follow till the 20th minute. Will try again tomorrow to push through the 30th minute and hopefully soon will be able to complete the whole workout! Finally found my motivation to start exercising again. Thank you Mizi! ❤

    I just want to keep track of my results. Decided to make an experiment and to check how effective this workout will be.
    I've been using this workout for 3 days now and already lost 4 cm
    But keep doing
    1.☑️ Started with 70cm
    2.☑️
    3.☑️ The waist is 66cm now

    7.☑️ Finished with 65cm 😊
    I've took this workout as a challenge and already finished it 😹✌🏻 In a week my waist got 5 cm smaller!!! The workout works soooo well

    I just completed this entire cardio and standing ab exercise. I love it. I call it cardio cause i was dripping sweat lol. So jow im going to do your standing abs along burpeegirl.     Day 12 of the July workout plan: Done ✅
    Yeay!!!❤❤🎉 Even though i couldn't even breath throughout the workout I had the energy to jump happily after the "workout complete " thing came lol😂😂❤
    By the way im starting to feel more strength and my body is currently in perfect shape too🥺❤️... Thank you so much for make us beautiful mizi😭🤍

      This is the first time I've continued a plan for this long. I always do two days on and off. It's really great to see someone like me in the July plan. When I finished a video, and I didn't see anyone saying they finished today's challenge, I'd get lazy and encourage myself to keep going. I thought I was the only one with this plan. You gave me the strength to continue. Thank you 🤍
