    Mizi, your channel is really precious. This workout was as wonderfuI as old ones . I have been doing your exercises about 3 weeks and I lost 5kg already. It seems very easy but actually, it's a balanced routine. I always end up sweating so much. Most important, it keeps me going.

    I followed this workout all the way through and burned 500+! That's a new goal. Plus, since this is a 7 day challenge, I shall try to do it for 7 days!     Thank you so much for this lovely workout and all the inspiration! In fact, I have been struggling to stick to a routine, but I can't believe it-I am doing this workout for 6th day in a row. After I complete the challenge of 7 days, I will start another of your challenges. I am really surprised, but I can see a good effect on my abs. I feel more toned, especially in my stomach and waist area as well as in my legs. 💌
