    THIS IS NOW OFFICIALLY MY FAVORITE AB WORKOUT !
    I was feeling pretty intense burn the whole time but still managed to do all of the exercises without break which is the best feeling ! When I don't feel the burn I feel like I didn't really exercised my abs and when it's too hard and I can barely do it the I feel bad and my motivation goes down horribly.

    44:01 JUST WOW! I’ve gone down one size of t shirts and pants are the same but aren’t stretching like they are ready to rip off! Lol I can visually see my legs getting toned and belly slimming down, my lower belly isn’t protruding as much either! ❤love it Mizi! Oh and my face fat is slimmer too! ❤

Just wanna share and let you know that by continuing doing your our work out I think I'm doing well. last May 2022 before I started your work out I was 67kg and I continue motivating myself that I can make it, last August 2022 my weight is 53kg and my waist is 28... And update for this month of January after our annual medical for health at work, my weight is 50kg and my waist is 27... And I'm so happy about what's the results is... I just want to thank you a lot! Keep it up. Be the motivation for us. Keep us motivated ☺️

      @@peiwenng6552 I wake up early morning at 5:00am and just one set of some of Mizi work out, because I have work, drink warm water before starting work out, and after that, if I have time I also do house chores, then prepare breakfast oatmeal and some fruit and lemon water. For lunch I eat brown rice or meat with veggies and water only. I just googled some of this stuff and follow also. And I don't work out if I have menstruation. 😁 Because I feel tired after.

    I have been following few of your belly fats burn workout for 4 or 5 days. My msin problem is an.expandimg waistline n butt size (as age catches.up).My belly gets smaller. Weight from 55 kg drop to 53.4kg. I like the music so much as it gives me to momentum to exercise. Thanks Mizi😍

    Oh my gosh, it was so hard that I wasn't able to finish the whole thing. Some moves were also too confusing that I replaced it with moves from different vids 😅 It really made me sweat though. Thanks!

    I just did the 45 min abdominals workout, with 5 min warm up and 5 min cook down. Great variety, obliques, lower and upper abdominals. That was the bomb ab workout!! Thank you.

    I made this account to keep a track of my fitness journey with Mizi’s videos. I quitted gym last week because of financial reasons and started her program on Monday.
    First of all, THANK YOU!! I did home workouts during the lockdown from different channels but your videos are so fun and amazing.
    Sometimes people ask for how the process is going so let me start by writing down my measurements:
    I’m 50 kgs and have 17.8 kgs of muscle and 16.5 kgs of fat
    Maybe i’ll update this comment time to time or put new comments on the other videos, so… let’s go!!! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

      by the way, i had kinda the worst lifestyle last year, not eating well enough and mostly drinking. Now I’m eating way healthier, not counting calories but mindful of what i’m eating. I cut alcohol generally (i was a beer addict but now i only drink like once a month or just drink a glass of wine once a week). I wasn’t having enough proteins but now I started eating meat & chicken again and trying to get protein from everything.
      I already started feeling healthier and stronger, i think it’s very important to continue this journey not just to be skinnier but healthier 🙏🏻

    Did this for the first time today. This workout is so much fun. 👏👏👏🌟🎉🎉 The moves are so varied and unique. Very creative and innovative workout.     For everyone trying to loose weight, keep going! You've got this!
    Also I 'll be updating daily (I'll try to).
    Day 1: ✅ Sweating like a pig but it's def better than other exercises on the net which makes you wanna give up in a day.
    Day 2: ✅ Still sweating and my back is gone but let's keep going stronger!
    Day 3: ✅ It got a little easier than the first 2 days. I feel active and better about myself after doing this.

Después de una terapia con corticoides no sabía como bajaría todo los kilos que subí, pero siguiendo tus videos y entrenamientos mi cuerpo en dos semanas volvió a tener forma y hasta volvió a marcarse, esto funciona es real, no decaigan.
