I took my 23' S1K M package out last week where it was wet and even though I had all the safety features set on max the back wheel tyre lost traction 4 times on acceleration or turn and I feel like if I didn't release the throttle it would spin out. thought electric would cut the power to the back wheel even if I was in full throttle.

Where is the fun in hitting the "easy button?" I support using all those electronics for street riding that help us for the unexpected motorist or road debris. Racing or track days for me was about improving my lap times by learning how to brake and use the throttle. I mean I'm sure riding bikes described would allow me to go quicker and safer.
For me the point was me to improve my skills to improve my lap times not jump on a piece of machinery that does that for me.
I think 95% riders would rather have aids on and off the track, after all who would turn off those aids if it help beat his buddy.

From my perspective, this bike is pointless. It's just proof that a computer is able to do much of the work of a skilled rider.
So what. I mean, where does it end? Yamaha already built a robot that drove a motorcycle around a race track.
Give us a 1200cc superbike, a 1300cc superbike, a bike that has adjustable handlebars, pegs, seat with the press of a button. A bike with adaptive aero. Adjustable wheelbase. Adjustable frame geometry. A bike with multi-displacement engine, something truly innovative. Yeah yeah I know, all the racing sanction rules.

You can adjust the wheelbase with the chain adjusters, you can adjust the ride height with the the linkage near the rear shock.
