    Nicole. Thank you for helping so many gently access their strength and find self-motivation to keep moving (in so many ways!) I am never injured with you, which is always my fear in coming back to movement.
    Virtual instruction is so challenging but you guide us through the small sensations, help us notice, and lead us to accessing the full benefits of each movement. Your videos are so precise and thoughtful and I really have not seen it anywhere else on the internet. It's like you're right beside us and taking care. Your work is a gift!

    If you are wondering if you should do it because it says advanced-do it! I used to not even be able to do Nicole’s beginner pilates. The first fifteen minutes of this I was psyching myself out that maybe I should pick an easier video…then I realized I was halfway through already and not dying! I have so many of her videos under my belt now, and I was more prepared than I knew!! Nicole, you left me sweating but smiling by the end :)
