    Oh my gosh. The swan dive is on different level. Tried to do it just for the feel of it.. Nicole looked so elegant meanwhile I literally look like a fish struggling out of water. 😂 Another added to the list of poses that I am aiming to perform as elegant as I could.. Thank you Nicole! ❤

      Don't worry, the swan dive is really one of the most awkward moves ever! It's hard to take yourself seriously while doing it hehe so you just have to have fun with it. 😂 Sending you big hugs.💗

    It's the 4th time I do this workout. I do remember my very first swan dive. After watching a demonstration, I thought :" OH,no. I break my spine that way." However, now I can perform ,when not 100%-swan dive, but at least 45-50%( let's say duck dive). I hope, a little bit more and I'll do it .❤ Thank you,Nicole. I feel myself stronger

      I did it next to my 35 kg dog ! He was really relaxed after that ! But surprisingly can’t do the down dog position 😂

    This was my very first intermediate class and omg I couldn’t even lift my hand off the mat when doing the swan dive prep, I cannot wait to feel strong enough to even lift my hand off the mat even just a little. Thank you so much for this class!

    For all of you enjoying Nicole while fighting to preserve and improve your health.
    I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis a few years back and had a team of kind concerned doctors trying all thy can to convince me to take the drug which carries serious side effects, improves bone density but not bone strength. I refused the drug and launched a campaign of selective nutrition, moderate daily dose of Vitamin combi D3K2, walking, and daily pilates.
    I just got the results from my last Dexa scan, I no longer have osteoporosis, I still have the milder version - osteopenia, the challenge persist, but I am so very encouraged, I hope you all keep on, it is making a difference!!

    I am doing this workout for 4 days already and I feel stronger! Not to mention how much this has changed my mental status, I am so much more relaxed and kinder throughout the day.     Loved it! I did this one with ankle weights and got a great burn out of it! Nicole I found your workouts a month ago when my Pilates studio closed and started doing your workouts every day at home. I can honestly say Ive seen the biggest difference and my body looks so much more toned! Thank you! I would love to see more of the longer workouts and ones with resistance band/weights as I feel they are the most challenging.

    This was my first ever Pilates class in my life and I really enjoyed it! It was challenging but at same time I feel so calm and relaxed. Very different from my usual weights and jumping workouts where I’m exhausted and in pain. ❤ will definitely do more! Thank you so much 😊

    This was AMAZING! Thank you so much for this challenging, but fun full-body workout. The 10 minutes abs series in the beginning burned SO GOOD, and later, my glutes/thighs and arms were super engaged and burned. LOVED IT!

    Love this workout, love this channel. I spent years doing Olympic lifting and powerlifting but as I get into my mid-30s I'm more about "exercise that won't ruin my knees", and your channel is superlative for that. I love discovering which aspects of your workouts feel easier (triceps!) and which are hard (the flexed leg lift combos, luckily not in this one---yeowch!). I could only do three swan dives but it felt like such an achievement, I'll definitely come back to this one. Thanks for all you do to promote sustainable and encouraging fitness.

    I have a herniated disc, I had tried so many different exercises but my waist was keep hurting. So I decided to start mat pilates and on I discover you on TH-cam.     I just returned to pilates as I used to it all the time in the past years but switched to weightlifting recently and I can positively say this is a challenge!! I thought I'll be alright but the swan dive took me out. Safe to say I'll be including more of your workouts since they really felt good for my body! Cheers to improvement

    Omg, this was such an AMAZING full-body workout! My abs burned, and my glutes and legs/thighs were on FIRE! I even managed to do the swan dive & really felt my arms/triceps during the last few exercises. THANK YOU, Nicole, for this amazing start into the new week!

    Nicole, I'm glued to your videos since late October after quitting my Acqua classes in the pool after serious pneumonia. I'm over 50 and new to pilates or yoga, yet I'm enjoying very much your training and series, although lacking your flexibility ! thank you Nicole!

    Ive been practicing pilates with you since 2020 and you are still the best instructor I've had. I love the breath reminders for every exercise, it really helps to know whether to inhale or exhale for each movement. Thank you so much!

    I love your workout so much! Other high intensity workouts make me bored really quickly and I am never able to do more than 30 minutes. Your workouts have helped me exercise for an hour and longer. Never stop posting, literally adore you💗

    Nicole! Thank you so much for these videos. I decided to take a break from lifting to focus more on mobility, overall strength, flexibility, and longevity. I've done pilates in the past, but your classes have simply become my favorite. It's been about two months and I've seen such an improvement in all of these things and so much more, not to mention what it's done for my mental health too! I started with both consistent back and hip pain and now have little to none which I credit to your classes. They have easily become one of my favorite parts of the day.     Pilates has become my new favorite self-care, and with Nicole it's both easy, fun, and aesthetic! I gain so much joy from each of her cute workout outfits, the cat always chilling in the background, and the overall sense of calm. So thankful for the weekly work out plans!

    everytime i do one of your workouts i feel so glad that i convinced myself to do it, i struggle with some things since i started at the beginning of january with your playlists of weeks for the new year, but i already feel so much better all of the time. I used to have a lot of back pain all of the time everyday, and my knees had never been the same since i got injured in volleyball, but now i can run, i can kneel (which i couldn't do before) and i am so much more strong and confident. Thank You!!!!!!

    Thank you Nicole! I'm a skateboarder and do pilates in between sessions. The past three months have been hard because I had severe trauma to my ankle and couldn't skate and was so sad but your workouts have kept me physically healthy and mentally sane.     This was SO amazing! My abs really burned during the 10 min ab series in the beginning. And then my glutes and legs/thighs really burned, my abs were engaged throughout the video, and my arms/triceps burned as well. THANK YOU!

    I just discovered your channel while desperately searching for motivation after a looong, more than 2-year gap (and a birthgiving).
