    This class should be mandatory in schools from childhood, so that children grow up elongated, with a flexible spine and develop into adults and the elderly with fewer back problems, stretched, with ease in their routine and happy, without pain. For me, the best classes are yours on the internet and I thank you for the delicacy and dedication in your videos. In addition to the kitten that always shows up to say hello, so cute.     Wow, Nicole! YOUR voice is so soothing and inviting. Every time I step on my mat as a 62 yr. old woman who has a past of weight lifting, running, biking, but needing a challenge without all the impact on my joints I'm amazed. I've never felt so connected, strong, flexible and LOVING every minute with you. I'm also blessed that my 16 yr. old daughter introduced me to you, as we do your workouts together. The BEST!!❣

    Dear Nicole, I started practicing pilates with you 2 years ago, your workouts helped me out through many ups and downs in my early 20s. I quitted practicing pilates with you for some months, now I’m hitting rock bottom which was supposed to be my last terrible year. Ive been feeling dead inside out mentally, my physical health is on alert. My body experience restless tiredness. I feel like Im gonna die sooner or later. Today I restarted working out with you.     That warm hug at the end brought me to tears. I started crying before you said about the hug, something very strong moved inside of me. This is so necessary in today's world, some space, daily love and understanding of ourselves. Being kind to ourselves first. Thank you for reminding us of that.     First time and first class. I must say it was challenging and worked up a sweat. I did listen to my body as I tend to always mimic the same movements & poses as the instructor and over do it. My body was stiff and showed that I must make this my daily practice so I can flow better. Grateful for taking the time for myself to commit to movement. Thank you Nicole for having this channel.     Love this workout. I was lucky enough to bump into you when you first started and have bern doing your workouts ever since. I am now 65yrs old, run, bike and weight train as I have my whole life. However thanks to your workouts, my core is the strongest it has ever been. Coming back from injury and stress of the last month, this workout made me feel empowered again.     Love, love, love!!! I've been doing your pilates classes for about 3 years now, but this past year I've been going through some health issues which require me to do slower movement. Your yoga flows are phenomenal. Today was the first time in almost a year I felt strong enough to do a 45 minute flow, and as always you made every minute amazing. On top of that you always remind me to be grateful to my body which is sometimes hard when struggling with not feeling like I used to. Thank you ever so much Nicole💖

    Tell me why I started crying at the self hug at the end! In January this year i had an accident and twisted my left knee. Today was the first time I was able to do the low side lunge on the left knee without any pain. I love my body!! Thank you Nicole for this much needed practice. I will forever appreciate you. ❤❤❤

    I was able to do the flamingo pose easily after practicing with you for a few months! This yoga workout is my absolute favorite! It's so challenging and makes me really connect with my body and your beautiful voice makes it so relaxing! The hug at the end always gets me!!     Nicole! I started doing your practices every morning after horrifically pulling my neck. Over 6 months my pain is nearly null , I went and got an MRI done and found out I had herniated disc in my neck (11mm). I think if I never started your yoga practices , I would be in significantly more pain and would have more narrowing around my nerves from the pressure of the herniation. So, thanks for posting these ❤

    i love doing your pilates and yoga classes ive been wanting to workout for a while but the gym is too much of a commitment for me so ive been loving being able to wake up and throw one of your videos on and do at home workouts! so far im a month in doing it everyday and i feel so good after doing your classes. I appreciate the different length of videos you have as well cuz sometimes i wake up late and im still able to get that 15 min workout in rq. Keep pushing videos out theyre amazing!

    It was hard but so fun and calm at the same time! While pilates is becomimg easier, I still struggle at yoga but somehow I was able to do all the poses even the swan! You’re a wonderful teacher. Lots of love from Portugal ❤❤❤

    Hi Nicole! Your incredible workouts have done wonders for my back pain, core and glute strength, and my relationship to exercise. I deeply appreciate how you emphasize movement for good health and feeling good, not for aesthetics. I have some cyclical pain in my dominant wrist that when it flares up makes it almost impossible to put any weight on it (even in all fours!), and I was wondering if you might consider making a short or implementing more cues for wrist protections/modifications to prevent that, if possible.
