    I don't consider myself advanced by any means but I was shocked at how well I pushed through!! Your encouraging words throughout the video definitely played a role, as always. Absolutely loved the diversity in the different movements!!! Thank you for helping me develop a better relationship with exercise

    The rain and lush green in the back were so soothing- almost my favourite background so far. Loved all about this workout. The perfect amount of everything. My daughter walked in whilst I was pushing through the side plank series..., when she realized it, she quickly said:"Sorry Nicole!" This is how much you belong to our week...😅my kids apologize to you when they interrupt...thank you as always!

      Really needed this pilates morning flow. Location is sooo soothing while doing your workout. Going through menopause not easy but daily movement helps me so much on my lifes journey. Really appreciate your videos. Coming from Beautiful Macedon Ranges Victoria Australia.❤💪🌷💖🤗🌻🏞

      @@ritasagri9884 I feel your pain I'm officially in menopause as of December 2022, it sucks lol but you just have to push through. But staying active with nicole's workouts helps to keep one grounded and relaxed. Thx as always Nicole, this workout was challenging and I enjoyed it😊🙏🏽

    I have tried SOOO many different workouts to hiit, dumbbells, abs, butt workouts, cardio, and traditional strength training. Pilates by far is the only workout I actually get excited for! Nicole has made me so motivated to get up early and move my body!! Soooooo grateful for these workouts!!

    Love your focus on breath instead of being in the pose for a certain period of time. Helps to connect the mind and body in the movements and if you are taking deep breaths, it adds a nice challenge to sync it up! Great job!

    This was my favorite one yet. I have been practicing sort of going between moderate to intermediate feeling it out for the past 3 months. Today I needed to get my mental health back on track, I was going to go for the moderate 40 minute class. I am so glad I picked this more advanced challenging workout, I am always grateful for an amazing sess from an amazing instructor. The sun literally came out.

    Always impressed with how these videos "expose" weaknesses and show massive room for growth. I struggle with weak and inflexible hips. This workout was terrific for that.

    I would love more videos like this, as well as more 15 min morning stretch videos! I aim to do a morning stretch and a 25-30 min session several evenings a week and love being able to switch up the videos to keep it interesting! I love how strong and grounded your workouts make me feel, both physically and mentally.

    I have a terrible cold and thought "OK, a nice easygoing workout is in order"...I didn't see that this was intermediate/advanced until after I clicked, but I refused to chicken out! This was a fantastic workout, well-paced, and challenging. While I don't recommend anybody push themselves too hard while they're sick, it was great for me to discover that in 2 years of doing your workouts at least once a week (on top of my other workouts) I've become noticeably more flexible, and could do this even while not at 100%. Thanks for another incredible, thoughtful, and satisfying workout.

    this was my first time doing pilates . i have such bad anxiety and i feel so much better after. i’m really fit and it’s hard to find a workout that’s challenging enough for me. i really enjoyed this so thank you. i think i will be even adding it to my daily routine :)

    I failed to read the title other than 30min full body before doing this workout and wondered why I found it so challenging! it took me an embarrassingly long amount of time to complete this workout, however I did do it and I am pleased! you are for sure my favourite pilates instructor!

    Initially I was really intimidated when I saw it's intermediate/advanced, But I made myself do it and I was getting ready for the tough move, but I'm so thankful I was able to do most of them except the legs over hips up to sky. I appreciate the mini breaks after each exercise. Thank you! Now I'm not so scared anymore. I have been following your exercises since 2021. Guess I'm now in intermediate/advanced class :D

    Thank you for your videos! I have been “attending” your classes for (about) 2 weeks - the results are amazing (I can feel it, see it, ppl around me starting to notice). I love every class I have tried. And I never pay too much attention to how long the class is going to be - I just go for it! For the first time I wish the classes would be longer! It is a treat!! E.V.E.R.Y single time!!!

    Heyyy y'all... I feel fat AF!!! Most of the girls in my year @ college are rlly dainty + petite and can wear revealing outfits + may get boy's attention! I get rlly insecure, they get to wear all the cool outfits, especially the hot gyal 2000s outfits with the little tops + low rise baggy jeans!!! I just wish that was me! So instead of complaining , feeling sorry 4 myself, I am gonna work towards the body I want and get snatched 4 the summer! I am 17 + working towards loosing belly fat, I am slim everywhere else except my stomach, however my legs have gotten a bit bigger from my over-eating + not choosing the best foods so I am going to update, my goal is to have lost all of the weight by 1st June (that's in a month + 22 days, so almost 2 months):
    Day 1: I alternate between pilates + dance, 2day I did dance for an hour, I also went Ice skating for an hour, I also had to walk 15 mins to the train station w/ a heavy bag there and back, so 30 mins walking, I only got to ice skate for half an hour BC there was problems w/my locker so I have done 2 hrs of exercise today in total,only dance was super intense though! I have also cut out unhealthy carbs from my diet. Breakfast:fruit + quinoa + 2 boiled eggs, a bit of butter on the quinoa, lunch: a melted mature cheddar cheese sandwich with homemade bread, for dinner I am having chicken + some more quinoa with butternut squash and other veg! Also intermittent fasting, only eating between the hours of 11 and 7!!! I haven't been eating as much either! This is the only day this week I have actually eaten 3 meals lolll! I am just not that hungry!!! I haven't even had snacks loll and my meals rlly aren't that big. I will be doing 1 hr pilates tmrw: 30 mins this workout, her 10 min abs + 10 min booty! I am adding a XX heavy resistance band 2 all my pilates workouts! Wish me luck y'all will update in a week's time, so on the 17th!! In the replies!!!

      Also guys... Here's a little backstory in the replies... I used to have anorexia and got so thin to the point they were telling me mum to put me in hospital, long story short...she didn't! I used to have a very healthy relationship w/food + my body but shit went south, I was being bullied for my body everywhere I went by other kids for being too skinny even though rlly I felt fat, and eventually developed body dismorphia, I wanted to do ballet and got obsessed with body image because of that + other things like my abusive dad having a fetish towards skinny light skin women who looked a certain way who was projecting that on to me + would starve me + social conditioning @ school mad me fear being fat + was trynna impress my crush who bullied my so-called friend (she was awful, she would just join in the bullying so she didn't get left out) for being fat + I just wanted smth to control, I rlly wanted ppl to like me because I was being bullied all the damn time + rejected by all the guys, I had a secret social media account and I think that's what rlly ruined me + the shows I watched of rlly skinny white girls+ the highschool movies! The beauty standard always changes tho loll, changed 4 those bullies too loll, one minute sm1s too fat, now they want a thick girl, make it make sense 💀💀. When I started recovering @ home, I developed a sugar addiction from binge eating BC I felt like I was missing out from all of the food I deprived myself of , then went back to starving myself but when I left school+ started homeschooling I was no longer being bullied so I stopped starving, went back to eating normally, after a year, my body dismorphia went and I saw how petite/slim/slender I rlly am and that there was no need 2 starve myself loll. But then I started college and a guy didn't like me and it defo wasn't because of my body but I was conditioned to think that guys only like girls with big butts, this had been taught to me through social media + when I was 10 that guys only like women for their assets so I tried to make myself gain weight, it then first I gained woman weight because you know I am still a teen going through changes but I was still petite but then the extra weight was because of my over-eating + sugar addiction,

    Hi Nicole! I’ve been doing your workouts for a couple of years now and love them. You are by far the best Pilates teacher! I particularly loved in this video that you broke down the teaser and jack knife, I hadn’t been able to do these exercises before but could with your guidance! Would love to see more videos that include breakdowns of the original Pilates movements and how to work up to the full exercise. Again can’t thank you enough for your beautiful videos! ❤

    WOWZA!!! Love the challenging moves: the opening twist, 3 legged dog with hovering knee taps, leg extensions the Jacknife!!!😅 all the moves!!😀 WOOHOO! Oh, and the scenery is beautiful too.     In all honesty I came to this video wanting to challenge myself but believing I will not be able to do the whole thing, however, with only one pause for 3 mins in the middle I pulled through. I am shocked. Can't thank you enough for this
