My daughter walked in whilst I was pushing through the side plank series..., when she realized it, she quickly said:"Sorry Nicole!" I have tried SOOO many different workouts to hiit, dumbbells, abs, butt workouts, cardio, and traditional strength training. Pilates by far is the only workout I actually get excited for! Nicole has made me so motivated to get up early and move my body!! Soooooo grateful for these workouts!!
Love your focus on breath instead of being in the pose for a certain period of time. Helps to connect the mind and body in the movements and if you are taking deep breaths, it adds a nice challenge to sync it up! Great job!
This was my favorite one yet. I have been practicing sort of going between moderate to intermediate feeling it out for the past 3 months. Today I needed to get my mental health back on track, I was going to go for the moderate 40 minute class. I am so glad I picked this more advanced challenging workout, I am always grateful for an amazing sess from an amazing instructor. The sun literally came out.

I failed to read the title other than 30min full body before doing this workout and wondered why I found it so challenging! it took me an embarrassingly long amount of time to complete this workout, however I did do it and I am pleased! you are for sure my favourite pilates instructor!

I aim to do a morning stretch and a 25-30 min session several evenings a week and love being able to switch up the videos to keep it interesting! I have a terrible cold and thought "OK, a nice easygoing workout is in order"...I didn't see that this was intermediate/advanced until after I clicked, but I refused to chicken out! This was a fantastic workout, well-paced, and challenging. While I don't recommend anybody push themselves too hard while they're sick, it was great for me to discover that in 2 years of doing your workouts at least once a week (on top of my other workouts) I've become noticeably more flexible, and could do this even while not at 100%. Thanks for another incredible, thoughtful, and satisfying workout.

I've been doing this workouts for the third week now and I want to say one BIG thank you. I have some problems with the spine and they give me issues with my neck and headaches. So I decided to do pilates to make my muscles stronger. Now I feel my spine to be more relaxed and my head doesn't hurt anymore. What a relief

Initially I was really intimidated when I saw it's intermediate/advanced, But I made myself do it and I was getting ready for the tough move, but I'm so thankful I was able to do most of them except the legs over hips up to sky. I appreciate the mini breaks after each exercise. Thank you! Now I'm not so scared anymore. I have been following your exercises since 2021. Guess I'm now in intermediate/advanced class :D

First time doing Pilates, since my physio told me to do it to loosen up my body gotta say I’m impressed by how quickly I felt my hips loosen up. These look easy but are very challenging. Will keep doing this and hope to loosen up

First time doing Pilates, since my physio told me to do it to loosen up my body gotta say I’m impressed by how quickly I felt my hips loosen up. These look easy but are very challenging. Will keep doing this and hope to loosen up

I recommend doing this on the floor if you don't have a mat. Doing it on a bed hurts your wrists. 😅
