My favourite top tip is: Take your time. I used to rush through my workouts just trying to 'get it done' but when I started realising that I am doing this not to 'check' off working out on my to-do-list, but to work on me, taking my time has meant that I focus energy into myself. I am worth my time.
I just got my oner leggings and sweater delivered and tried them on right away! I LOVE THEM! The leggings are so soft and the sweater ...I’m never taking it off!! LOVELOVELOVE!!
