    I love that you basically give away an entire programme on your TH-cam channel when you make money from an app that does the same thing - and by that I mean i love that you make it accessible for anyone who doesn't want/can't buy a subscription. There's a lot of vids out there but they're always so complicated, you just show the basics and how to perform them well.

    I started my fitness journey just 3 months ago and I have made so much progress, yesterday it just hit me that I have become so much stronger than before. I was so happy and proud of myself. I usually focused on my lower body because I was afraid of having a bulky upper body. I only used to do upper body workout once or twice a week….But now, being stronger has become my priority because it made me feel so good. Now I’m gonna work on my whole body instead of just focusing on my lower body. Hopefully the aesthetics will follow.

    Perfect timing. Watched your vid at home then took my phone into the gym and told the trainer that this would be my workout. He stuck with me, monitored my form, and cheered me on! We had fun and I left feeling great. Normally I’m in the gym longer and feel wiped out for 2 days. Hopeful this focused approach is a better fit for me. And that I have the energy to hit hard cardio hard tomorrow. Many many thanks from this bikini wearing 63 year old in Mexico!

      Buuuuut doesn't that mean you can do this twice a week?? I think I might try it with couple of days where I train legs and cardio in between.

    • @giuliab14
      @giuliab14 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@sweety31415 yeah for sure!! Indeed if you can train upper body twice a week, doing 2 full upper body days is a good way of targeting each muscle twice, which has shown better results in hypertrophy ! But I don't know why I just really enjoy the push and pull structure, and it allows for better recovery of each muscle when you train a little more frequently...

    Just want to say I just happened to find you by researching TH-cam on strength training. Words can't explain how good I felt doing this arm workout. I macro everyday almost 40 .. and have been lifting heavy for about 2 years . When I say heavy 20 lb dumbbells squat 90.. have bad knees. You're so informative and real. I'm definitely going to get your app. I've been on Jym stoppani. No complaints. But feel like I need a change. . thanks for all your TH-cam videos. Keep going you got this. Can't say it enough how I really enjoy all your hard work . Inspiring ❤🎉

I also love the fact it is a combined push and pull. I always do my upper body session combined - it’s like killing two birds with one stone covering all aspects like you say and saves so much time! LOVE it! 😍 nailed it Krissy! 👌🏼

Best of all: it‘s all in one place with a few dumbbells/barbell so no walking from machine to machine through the whole gym wasting time. Big thumbs up and thanks so much 😍💕🏋️‍♀️👍 xx

    And to add to this-Without upperbody strength at some point your lower body exercises will stop progressing cause your not stromg enough to carry all the weight (deadlifts, heavy goblet squats, front squats, etc;) love this one.,!

    It's kind of sad how your lower body workouts have a lot more likes and views then your upper body's.. it tells us a lot about how we encourage women to have a big bum and that's it, strength doesn't matter.. LADIES , TRAIN YOUR UPPER BODY ! You'll thank me later.. you won't get bulky, you won't have huge arms, you'll just feel stronger and more confident.

      AND if you can lift heavier weights, you can go heavier on the workouts for your legs and bum

      I hate how the only upper body workouts for women are only for slim, toned arms. I want big bulky* arms and shoulders lmao
