big ups to Krissy. Before, I would mainly concentrate on lower body as I didn't have a lot of confidence/ didn't feel comfortable with a lot of upper body exercises and movements. But now, the military press and bent over rows are literally my favourite exercises to do!
I barely comment on videos but I have to do this. I pride myself in working out because I love to run (I don't work out at the gym btw), I used to do aerobics but now I run and do home workouts. I never really used to lift weights because I felt they would make me bulky but after I had my baby some months back, I incorporated strength training with my husband's weights into my workout routine and although I didn't lose weight, I lost a lot of fat. That was when i started reading up about losing weight or fat and building muscle and all that good stuff. I found your channel yesterday and I haven't been happier, I have downloaded alot of your videos. I understand the art or maybe science of working out better. Now I know that I can isolate muscles so I won't get bulky. I've been thinking all these years that i was toned because I'm slim and my arms are toned but i looked at your legs, looked at my husband's legs and looked at mine and now I know i only have toned hamstrings and glutes and calves but no toned quads. I am so excited to hit the gym and start a whole new workout lifestyle. Thank you so much. I would have downloaded your app but where I live currently has payment restrictions when transacting in foreign currency, sadly.

I’m on the string program but it will helpful to know that the upper body strong programme reduces days and increase in time.

I did my first upper body A today and although I don't feel very comfy just yet at my new gym and by training on my own (Last year I trained 2 times a week with a PT which wasn't so good) I absolutely loved it.
