I used to feel lost in my fitness journey, but this book changed everything. Muscles: Every Man’s Dream gave me the knowledge and confidence to achieve my goals!
As a physiotherapist, this is a superior tutorial- finally an evidence based approach that counters all the influencer crap out there. PHYSIOTHERAPIST APPROVED 🎉
After searching glute training for literally YEARS, this is by far the absolute best video I've found. I do incorporate everything that was said in this video, but again it took me years to gather the information. Wish I had found this a long time ago, it would have saved me so much time and wasted effort!
as a beginner it is completely overwhelming to gather information. I try to keep it simple and not get lost in it, trying to do everything at once. I came to the realisation that consistency and increasing volume/weight helps in the long run. I don't need 50 different machines to get results.
Thank you. I have watched so many crappy glute videos I'd given up and stopped watching. I'm glad I watched this one. My rear disappeared when recovering from surgery. Slowly it is coming back. Subscribed.
i needed this..watching this made me feel way better. my glutes have been suffering, and it's been bothersome to my mind..im looking forward to incorporating some of these into the routine. thank you guys, i learn so much from your channel!
I screenshot most as well. And yes! Your tutorial was excellent, science based and concise and not redundant or fast, one of the best I’ve seen so far thank you 🙏🏻 😊
thank you for the upload, your the first trainer i have seen on here making the work out easy to understand and no stats to confuse you, just a full programme- thank you.
Man! I did the whole research and created a whole program for my clients. You guys are amazing! If I would’ve known I’ve just came to this video and watched it. I’ve been using your videos for MCL, ACL and lower back injures ok my clients. Thank you so much for all this amazing content to all of you
another option for hip abduction could be skating (roller or ice). Its not as high of hypertrophy stimulus but it helped me learn how to use my upper glutes better and that translates to resistance training
This Is my programma. On Monday I do barbelll hip thrust barbelll romanian deadlift bulgarian squat and cable kick back.On thursday I do barbelll squat reverse lunges at Smith machine, Dumbells romanian deadlift , clamshel,or adductor machine.I do forty sets a week 😊 On Tuesday and Friday I train upper body particularly back and shoulders 😊
Excellent video, you teaching how to work group muscles properly as a physiotherapist, allowing the body to gain stability, mobility, and growth muscle at the same time👌keep up the good work✌
Your dedication to providing accurate and informative content is truly commendable. Thank you for sharing valuable insights and empowering others on their fitness journey!
This video is awesome! You explained everything so thoroughly. The graphics, visuals and examples are so useful. Thank you for showing what a week of workouts could look like (splits). This video left no questions unanswered 👍🏼
I do Asian squat walk. Go up and down and walk across with a band… I also do pistol squats, dragon squats and shrimp squats etc… I’m hitting all three without a problem, including my quads & hamstrings! I also use TRX in advanced motion for almost all of my workouts . I love using the cables for my abs! Thanks for the tips!
thank you so much for explaining this perfectly, I have listened about glu amnesia and the necessity of activate my glutes before training and never make sense to me, now I have confirmed that is not necessary.
Wow, this was an excellent excellent video, the best I've seen on glutes. A ton of useful information in a very short time. Beautifully-explained and demonstrated. Thank you!
Super detailed info! Thanks! I have been doing well in growing my gluteus max but have neglected medium and min. Recently I realised the weak hip abductors r affecting my deadlift. Gonna do more medium n min training.
Thank you very much for your generosity and a good tutorial. I suffered right ankle fracture treated with plaster cast in 2022 . Since then I developed weakness of my right lower limb. I am diabetic and hypertensive and have little cardiac ischemia. I find it difficult to walk more than 1km due pain in both calves and all of my left lower limb including hip. My right glutes atrophied than the left. Doing some exercises but not improving much. Can you please suggest something specific for me . I am 60 years old.
Thank you so much for watching! Be sure to check out the blog for references: e3rehab.com/blog/how-to-grow-your-glutes/

My friend skated a lot, and she had a great butt.
@@keithgriffiths9864 lol nice
I think if you skate for fun, hypertrophy would happen as a byproduct and not a focus.
