Must be the name! My name is a version of yours and I loved the squats. PE is really great, he reminds me of the good young days. We found one from way back and all of his steps were from classes I took in Brooklyn. I can't hop up anymore, but it makes me smile inside. During COVID I need to remember that life was once fun. I asked my sister, I wonder what he thinks when he sees his old tapes. I wish I could see myself on pointe shoes twirling or hurdling at meets or doing the Pogo stick one thousand times in my courtyard. We lived y'all, we lived! ☮️

Maintaining a positive attitude and patience for my job. Thank you again. I am doing this on my IPad outside on the trunk of my car. Some of my neighbors are beginning to join in the routine in my driveway.! So cool 😎. Hope they/we continue to do this inside when the cold and snow come. I know I will🍂🍁😷💪🎶🤗
My Go-To Guy when I can't get to the fitness center. Paul's videos are great to do late in the afternoon when you want to nibble cause you're bored or tired from the day....he really picks me up and gets me over to the other side. In fact my husband and I cruise quite a bit and Paul goes on all of our cruises with us! Take him to the gym in the morning and set up my own little workout corner. Never never stop! You're our inspiration.

Yay! Another Paul Eugene video! I was looking for a body strength one and here you are, popping up in my notifications. Since I discovered you a little over a week ago you’ve become an important part of my fitness regime. We’ve had horrible air quality here in San Francisco ever since the terrible wildfires started and I can’t walk. The silver lining is I discovered you! Also, my little parrot just loves you! She gets all excited whenever I play your videos.

Paul Eugene San Francisco is completely different than it was in the 70s. The tech revolution has made a dramatic change. I just read yesterday that one bedroom apartments have gone down to under $3000 per month because of the virus. You might remember the Sunset District. Houses here are going for over a million dollars. It’s totally insane! Almost all of the artists that contributed to the unique character of the city and it’s dramatically.
Challenging workout with the weights! Love the stretches. I’m a senior and it helps with my balance. Not only are the routines good for the body, keeps the mind thinking also. Thanks.

I just purchased some 3, 5 and 8 pound weights for my ten year old grandson to begin strength training. I've recommended your video to my daughter to get him started. Strength training done, also a five mile walk in case we are locked down again tomorrow. Like you I prefer cardio but know I need resistance training as well.
Thank you for your comment. I use to run until I injured my back. But I did do the New York City Marathon. I addicted to running and dancing. Squats will built your legs, seated leg extensions or seated leg presses, calf raises.
Hi. Paul , I am 54 years lady with frozen shoulder pain in right side.... should I do this workout? These are very good dumbbell exercises...I want to do..but should I do it with frozen shoulder?
Oh my my my.....if you had spinal surgery, it must have been to put in Bionic parts. How dare you smile and say EIGHT MORE! I'm sending those divorce papers!!!! LOL when I ran track the coach would make us go into the weight room at Pratt after running and lift. Hated it in college as well. However, one Christmas my dad rip, purchased a pretty dress for me, I actually wanted a weight set. He was upset, but told me go ahead return it and get the weights. I DID AND I JUST USED THEM FOR THIS WORKOUT. Now as a senior I realize, that was kind of bratty. Sorry dad, rip. I'll see if my sis wants to do it tomorrow. I hate it but I like muscles.......can you just move and not say EIGHT MORE, UGH!!!!! 😩🙄😣😫😵 I must admit, the squat one was cute and doable! ☮️ Thank You PE aka Physical Education.
Oh, do I understand the dilemma we went through with our parents. But like me you endured and did what was the passion in your heart, even if meant disappointing our parents.

I understand where you are at, he just needs some motivation. I suggest you give him the 3 and 5 pounds first.

You should do strength training 2 times a week. But not on two consecutive days. Have at least 2 days in between so the muscles can rest.
