Cleaning my kitchen listening to this video. Love the joy and energy in your voice, Paul. Appreciate all the work you put into these workouts. God's peace be upon you.
I've been using Paul Eugene videos for a few weeks, trying out some of the easier ones. Today is my first time with this strength training video. It is my favorite for strength training. Thanks very much Coach Eugene - I'm a fan! PS I'm 70.
I needed this workout..just told my husband I need to do some strength workout and an ab workout..I get into you tube went to my subscriptions, Sara Beth yoga moved to Paul Eugene and this is the 1st video I saw, I watch a little of it and yep just what I needed..I try to do 10-20 minutes yoga stretching 3-4 days a week. Last week I shoveled snow for 3 days and that was enough, heating pad and yoga You have a great day and keep the videos coming.. I enjoy your workouts very much
Coach Paul! I did this workout 2 days ago with moderate weight and I am still sore!! OMG, my forearms. Great workout! You are such an inspiration and motivator. God bless and keep them coming.
Coach Paul this is fantastic full body workout. The slow movement with weights is what I have been reading is the best for working muscles and as you say for injury reduction. I agree about the wrist exercises. Since I retired from my life long job and then took part time retail work the repetitive motion in hands combined with cell phone and computer, I was starting carpel syndrone. These movements really strengthen those muscles and slow down arthritis. Really enjoy your positivity, humor and constant smile 😃. Thanks for your wonderful inspiration.
I really love this one,I can feel muscles I never knew I had.Love all your exercise videos for seniors,I’m 72 and trying very hard to keep up with you.
Hi Coach Paul, I'm new to your channel. Thoroughly enjoyed this workout. I had a good sweat. You've motivated me to start using my weights again. Thank you
Thank you so much! Love the variety of workouts you post-keeps exercising interesting and motivating. I always feel better and happier when I finish. Keep em coming!!
Great strengthening workout, Paul. I really felt that first combo in my shoulders. And it's funny you should mention a can of collared greens, because that is exactly what I have been using as one of my weights. Applesauce being the other can. 😅
Having realised the benefits of some strength training, I gave this session a go - and enjoyed it more than I thought I would. I wondered what your thoughts are on continuing to march through some of the upper body reps (e.g. ladder raisers, bicep curls)? I ask thinking that continuing to march adds to overall step count but also I found myself less likely to lock my knees.
Thank you for your sharing your thoughts. I have done a dumbbell workout where I actually marched in place. I can't remember which one it was. But the next one will have movement.
Coach Eugene, I really appreciate your workouts like this one. Question: why do you tell us to keep our heads up when doing the flat-back stretch, etc.? Thanks!
I advise you to keep your head up because when the head drops down toward the floor because gravity will pull the head forward which will arch the back and not keep it flat. Plus additional strain on the neck.

Poderia fazer um vídeo com exercícios endurecer pernas .
Sim eu posso.
❤️😘✌️👍
Thanks
I call it bye bye arms🤣 the triceps.
Got you.
Well you won't build any muscle but it'll burn calories
It depends on who you are, all bodies are not the same. Some will built muscle over time and some will burn calories and some will do both.
