You're so welcome! I have a plan on am working on for Tuesday to be Strength day uploads. But don't hold me to it. It's a goal I am working on. I will be using kettle balls and resistance bands in addition to dumbbells.
@@PaulEugene That would be ideal strength and toning Tuesday’s. I am so looking forward to it. I may have to purchase the kettle balls it’s something I’ve been looking into for a while now. Can you do a video on tightening and toning the stomach I need tightening in that area but I can’t stand sit-ups.

Just done with this workout. Mixed it up with ur 20minute aerobic cardio workout!. Awesome!. Thanks Paul!. Did an isometric wt trng after long, coz I generally do compound wt training. This was good!. Next time can u plz include chest exercises too with a full body, plz. Thanks!.

A wonderful workout with dumbbells, I enjoyed it. I have a question, what is a good schedule for different workouts for each day of the week? Is it ok to workout seven days or should we take a day off? Thank you coach Paul Eugene.
Thank yu for sharing your thoughts and questions. I would give the body at least one day of rest. You can do dumbbells 6 days a week, but split the workout up. for example upper body one day then lower body the next day.
Please do more of these videos mixing dumbbells and movement. Thank you these are so motivational!!
