The radio music walk was such a chore getting all the music license cleared it took about 2 weeks. That's why I don't like licensing popular music because you think you got the license to find out there is still this and that to do. I have no idea or if I will use radio music again.
The -minute stretching routine at the end is a nice touch for muscle recovery and flexibility

Your most welcome. I gotten use to the 10 lbs. I got to move up to 15 pounders that is on certain exercises.
