- Standing Lower Body Workout is an exercise workout that helps build stronger and firmer legs and abs for all fitness levels. There is no equipment require. The exercise moves are safe and effective to make your legs stronger so that you can walk, climb stairs and do everyday chores without a struggle. The exercises will also help make your abs stronger. The entire workout is 30 minutes long. Let's moving so you won't use it by exercising your body today.

Thank you, Paul. Great idea to focus on the lower body but making it fully functional, this shows people there's no need for equipment or even those boring isolation exercises lying on the floor or a mat.
Most people don't know how important it is to have strong legs and glutes as we age. Those big muscles are our "calory burning engines", and this is not the main reason. A strong lower body is crucial to keep us from tripping and falling, and bad falls are one of the biggest causes of hospitalization for seniors. Strong legs, back and glutes will also helps us to stay independent in the future.
