    Well today is a new day, I have to get back to living , heart is still broken , my angel keeps pushing me to go on without him. So thank you for the workouts. They keep me challenged and focused on moving forward. I can't do anything about death, it's part of life, so I'll keep focusing on living the best life with my angel watching .

      Linda, I've been dealing with a very recent death myself. That of my father. I'm still heartbroken a month later, but I needed to get back to exercise. Grateful for Heather. I read to try and go on with what makes me happy... so very hard! I'm crying in the middle of it and during my cool down. I'll never, ever get over it, but I will go on. My best to you.

      @@spongybear1926 Thank you, I agree about never getting over it . Losing your husband is very different than losing your Dad. My dad has been gone for 15 yrs and that does not bother me as much as my husband..

    Love love this workout and really all Heather's workouts. My family and i have been doing them during quarantine....we gave up on other trainers, nothing like hers. Her workouts are well coordinated, perfect music and no talking through the video. Even my young ones are obsessed. Great job Heather, you know you are good even when teens want to try to do your workouts.

    I can’t believe I have even danced my way through the workout that I’ve included as part of my “miracle morning” routine. I read many comments of people who is struggling at deep levels and to all those, I want to show my respect and appreciation for being present for themselves and doing their best.     Been doing this one for a couple months now, sometimes varying with other workouts of yours, and I have never been able to see my muscle lines, ever. I look SO FIT AND HEALTHY NOW. I ALSO FEEL AMAZINGLY STRONG AND ENERGIZED. THANK YOU HEATHER, YOU ALWAYS SAVE THE DAY QUEEN.

    This is my weight training routine now 😍😍 I have done several trainings from several different channels, giirrll this is it! It is super easy to follow, the beeps,and everything. There is no talking during the workout :) aaaannndd I adore the playlist 😍😍😍

    First timer here 😊 So happy that I found your channel. I’m 63 1/2 and have been doing home workouts for years. I even have some favorites that are VHS 😂 and DVD. When I need to change it up, I turn to TH-cam. Lots of Yoga for mobility, but I realize after a back issue for about a year , that I lost strength and hit the weights again. I’m feeling better and loved this workout

    This is the first time I follow a workout longer than 25 minutes, I am usually very impatient but the fact that you actually do the workout, include a warmup and a cool down, and the no BS exercises made me fall in love with longer sessions. I am working out with you because I need to strengthen my legs for horseback riding, and let me tell you, my coach noticed a difference after my second session, so thank you for the very valuable content. Also, I don't sweat easily, I am drenched as I type this, thank you thank you thank you!

    Great full body workout. I really appreciate the three rounds of each movement. It allowed me to really push myself and go up in weight when possible and drop down if needed. I’m feeling it!!!

    One of the best workouts, if not the best, I've seen on TH-cam. I also liked that there was no unnecessary talking, the music was great, and it was all very professional. I'd be so happy if you released more slow and controlled exercise videos.

    My gym closed so I have to workout from home and this workout was perfect. The timing on the commercials very thought out which I appreciated because I hate when the commercials are in the middle of my set, that’s one of the reason I get discouraged from using TH-cam workout videos. Thank you for the warm and stretch something instructors seem to be lacking on as well.

    Just previewed this video. This will be my December 2020 3-day-a-week (MWF) total body strength workout. Love that it is 3 complete sets of each exercise. I'm about 12 lbs from my first goal. Been working with Heather since May 2020. Looking forward to getting to Onederland at the end of this month. I appreciate all you do for us Heather.

      Hi Candice, I just happened to read your comment mentioning your diagnosis with Graves'. I also have Graves'. After a long period of learning and investigating various treatments and lifestyle changes, I've had a lot of success managing the disease. I didn't have anyone with first-hand experience to talk with when I was first diagnosed, and I now make an effort to reach out to share my experience/lend an ear to anyone who is newly diagnosed. If you feel like it would be helpful to talk and share experiences, I'm happy to swap emails so we can chat. I hope you're doing well! :)

      I have graves as well. I lost so much weight , had no strength, irritable and a lot of uncomfortable symptoms. Now I’m almost one year taking methimazole and getting labs done every three months to have the proper dose. I have yet to see an endocrinologist. I’ve focused on strength and technique and have gained a good amount of weight ( which I wanted. From 105 to almost 130). I am much stronger and am so grateful for it!!

      @@ivyrosales3582 @Ivy Rosales I hear you, Ivy, it can be really scary. Everyone experiences Graves differently, but it took me about 18 months before everything was consistent and (mostly) stable. I hope that time comes sooner for you!

    I loved this workout so much! Today was my first day back at work in 7 months (substitute teacher) and I found your workouts in April. I've been working out with you 5 days a week ever since! This was my first workout after a long work day and I was nervous that even though I committed myself to the October Workout Calendar, I was going to get home and have ZERO motivation to exercise. It was completely the opposite! I was so excited to get home, get in the zone, and have some "me" time. This workout felt SO refreshing and the perfect way to wrap up my day.       Yes I agree! This is the kind of full body workout that I’m looking for that is going to work out all my major and minor muscles groups! This workout is BADASS. 😏

    Solid workout. I I feel in my arms abs abs. I was confused at first when you were still doing a move during the break and thought I need to continue also, but so eventually realized it was a break and allowed me time to adjust my weights. I do give a little verbal cuing at times to remind us of good form or have it in a the description with the labeled exercise. Overall, enjoying the sequence and exercises.

      CherylAnna Loffeld Agreed! I tend to end up adding a HIIT workout on top of one of these just to push myself a bit. Get the strength in when the energy is high, burn the rest of the energy with some cardio! When time allows, aha.
