I’m 20 weeks pregnant & turned 40 today! I just finished this workout using 5lb & 8lb dumbbells. I completed the workout with 90% accuracy. Modifications included propping up pillows for slight incline, pregnant ladies should avoid being straight on their backs. And of course I had to build up to get this point with OB’s approval! Just want to inspire my pregnant gals you can do this too with caution and listen to your body ALWAYS!! Thank you J+T!!! ❤

They break down every workout tell you where you should feel it to make sure your form is right and what muscles your working between every workout. I feel like my form is so much better than it was back when I was super fit. Besides that they use music with an actual beat instead of some generic techno music. Plus they’re pretty much the cutest couple ever love their the positive vibes they bring to every video. Considering purchasing their app because I just love them.
I’ve been doing your workouts for a little more than one year (3 times a week) and those are the only ones i do because they’re so efficient and there’s no useless talking or annoying music in the background (the music you choose is always awesome) and again this new session is great. At first i was like “only 15 minutes because it’ll be too long” but i ended up doing it entirely and it didn’t feel like 30 minutes because it was amazing. I always talk about you two to my French friends and my colleagues (convincing them they don’t need to understand you to follow your workouts, besides subtitles exist 🤣) and sometimes on my social medias because you deserve to be known so thanks to you again ❤💪🏼

I love the formats you use and how you show the muscles you’re working. Your workouts are simple, to the point without those ridiculous influencer moves or combinations that are so difficult to do you’ll likely hurt yourself. You can make them as challenging as you want with more reps or heavier weight without changing the integrity of the workout! Love the music too! Thank you for bringing a great workout lineup!
The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

Used to be a gym rat in early my 20s now in my 30s with kids wife mortgage cars and career and just haven’t had as much time as I used to and went from 178-210lbs but recently my fellow coworkers have started a weight loss challenge and it starts 7-30-24 until 10-15-24 . I just weighed in and put in my money in and I promise I will win this competition gonna take some before and after and do this work out every single day!!
Week 3 Day 1 done! Used 15lbs for the workout. My arms aren’t ready to hold 20lbs for lower body exercises just yet but I’ll get there. Great start for the week.

Summer Ready 2023 W3D1: I had a pretty successful day. I reached my step goal by doing a 5 minute warm-up in the morning, 15 min walk in the afternoon, 13 min chair workout while working, this routine, and another 12 min walking workout. I upped my water intake and talked myself into carrots for a snack. I like the routines like this where there's only 2 sets to each exercise or no repeats. It keeps me engaged. Had to use light weights today but I'm happy I got through the routine.
Just what I was looking for, no faf, no fuss. I'm a visual learner with little time for egos and just what to get myself stronger/fitter again. Thank you 🙏
Your workouts are great for me thank you! I have ADHD and find it so difficult to follow workout videos, getting coordinated, trying to concentrate and watch the screen, But this was ideal! 30 mins is not too long, the repetitiveness of the movements meant I could learn them easily and get into the rhythm, the movements were simple and didnt change fast, and the audible timings were great!
I have the flu and was not in the mood today, but this workout was my medicine. With all my feelings etc. I do feel loads better...in the back of my mind I heat my mom.."The time will start and finish, choose how you will use it!". Thank you Juice and Toya!
Hello guys! Day 1 Week 3 Summer Ready and it was a good workout!! Still recovering from injury so I did all upper-body focused movements and made 3 sets. I had a chance to do a chill afternoon walk to buy some dragon fruits, oranges, and mangoes today - loved it ❤

Great fun! Loved how Toya was having a full on casual conversation with Juice during the rotating curls. I was out there huffing and puffing whilst trying to maintain my form 😂 Y’all are strong!!
This was one of the best workouts. I finally incorporated 12 lb dumbbells into my routine which I was ready for. The last few weeks I haven't been on the grind and staying consistent, but this workout definitely gave me that boost I was looking for. I'll definitely do this one again.

Juice and Toya, I have been doing your workouts for a few months now - just twice a week along with my normal routine of dancing and walking. Wow! I can't believe how much stronger my body has become - in a short space of time. It seems I'm getting heavier on the scale but my clothes are fitting better, and the love handles are getting firmer - i mean, they're still there, but seriously... Most importantly though, i really really enjoy the variety you provide. I'm a big fan from all the way down south in sunshine South Africa. Day 1 - First time working out in a few months. Trying to get back on the grind. Great full body. Took a three extra breaks to complete, and ended a few sets a couple of seconds early. Used 10 lb dumbbells. Looking forward to Day 2.

This was my favorite one yet! Was able to do the full workout except one movement at my higher weights and I'm so proud. I no longer feel in pain after my workouts just a little shaky which I'm taking is a good sign.
Today was a lazy day but I needed to do at least a small workout. This was perfect! I appreciate the warm up and stretch after as well. A quick 30 minutes and now I’m ready to go on with my day. Thanks for the great video!
I love this workout so much, it's unbelievable, I have ALWAYS struggled in finding a consistent workout that works for me (and is not too much/doesn't bore me) and this is such a lifesaver because of how it shows the information, how diverse it is and how it works in general, it seriously is a miracle to find something like this I always tought I was limited because I only have dumbbells but this has shown me that it's all I need!! thanks!!!!

I completed the whole thing. Had to do extra some extra modifications for some of these because I'm overweight and my knees give up on ne sometimes but I truly tried my best and stuck to this workout. I cried for a second, splashed my face with some water and came back to it 😂 exercising can be so hard for me sometimes but I'm doing it!!! 😂❤
I have followed a lot of workouts but I really like what y’all have to offer. I am at a stand still and gained 6-8 pounds since I had surgery last August. I know my abs aren’t healed completely and I often swell after workouts but I’m pushing through. Now if anyone could direct me on macros etc and how to get post inflammatory weight off I would really appreciate it! Blessings from FLA!
I liked this workout. Switched to this and 2nd time i did it. Intense workout. Pros: Improve strength,improve cardio,really helpful for fat loss even if done once a week, gets you into good shape. Cons: Only one for me. A lot of repeating and following squats,lunges etc. Reducing count of squat,lunge moves but doing them with as better range of motion as possible is more useful for my workout target. thank you.
I'm new to working out, showing 2 different angles of an exercise is so valuable with learning, I can't tell you how much value I get from this. This feature keeps me coming back. Keep up the great work.
I’ve been following this video for months. I struggled a bit when practicing it the first time. I had to take a break three times during the first few times. Now I am good to go. I don’t even feel too tired to complete it. P.S: I got a pair of 20Ibs and 15Ibs.

Summer Ready 2023 W3D1: I had a pretty successful day. I reached my step goal by doing a 5 minute warm-up in the morning, 15 min walk in the afternoon, 13 min chair workout while working, this routine, and another 12 min walking workout. I upped my water intake and talked myself into carrots for a snack.
I like the routines like this where there's only 2 sets to each exercise or no repeats. It keeps me engaged. Had to use light weights today but I'm happy I got through the routine.

Your workouts are great for me thank you! I have ADHD and find it so difficult to follow workout videos, getting coordinated, trying to concentrate and watch the screen, But this was ideal! 30 mins is not too long, the repetitiveness of the movements meant I could learn them easily and get into the rhythm, the movements were simple and didnt change fast, and the audible timings were great!

Hello guys! Day 1 Week 3 Summer Ready and it was a good workout!! Still recovering from injury so I did all upper-body focused movements and made 3 sets. I had a chance to do a chill afternoon walk to buy some dragon fruits, oranges, and mangoes today - loved it ❤

@Juice & Toya this was amazing! I normally go for the "advanced" workouts cause I like a challenge 💪🏾 but this one did that! Loved the standing core exercise and the glute bridge variations 🙌🏾🙌🏾
Great fun! Loved how Toya was having a full on casual conversation with Juice during the rotating curls. I was out there huffing and puffing whilst trying to maintain my form 😂

This was one of the best workouts. I finally incorporated 12 lb dumbbells into my routine which I was ready for. The last few weeks I haven't been on the grind and staying consistent, but this workout definitely gave me that boost I was looking for. I'll definitely do this one again.

Juice and Toya, I have been doing your workouts for a few months now - just twice a week along with my normal routine of dancing and walking. Wow! I can't believe how much stronger my body has become - in a short space of time. It seems I'm getting heavier on the scale but my clothes are fitting better, and the love handles are getting firmer - i mean, they're still there, but seriously... Most importantly though, i really really enjoy the variety you provide. I'm a big fan from all the way down south in sunshine South Africa. Love you guys and can't wait to meet the new addition to the family🥰

Day 1 - First time working out in a few months. Trying to get back on the grind. Great full body. Took a three extra breaks to complete, and ended a few sets a couple of seconds early. Used 10 lb dumbbells. Looking forward to Day 2.

This was my favorite one yet! Was able to do the full workout except one movement at my higher weights and I'm so proud. I no longer feel in pain after my workouts just a little shaky which I'm taking is a good sign.
This was the first workout I’ve done since I went on a hiatus and it was amazing! Don’t underestimate at home work outs now!
Today was a lazy day but I needed to do at least a small workout. This was perfect! I appreciate the warm up and stretch after as well. A quick 30 minutes and now I’m ready to go on with my day. Thanks for the great video!
I love this workout so much, it's unbelievable, I have ALWAYS struggled in finding a consistent workout that works for me (and is not too much/doesn't bore me) and this is such a lifesaver because of how it shows the information, how diverse it is and how it works in general, it seriously is a miracle to find something like this I always tought I was limited because I only have dumbbells but this has shown me that it's all I need!! thanks!!!!

I didn't see the 'switch at pause' part in the beginning few exercises so had to go back and complete the left side 🤦🏼♀️😂 either way I absolutely loved this workout! It was fun, sweaty and didn't feel anything like 30 mins!! Can't wait to try your other ones!! Thank you 💪🏻

I completed the whole thing. Had to do extra some extra modifications for some of these because I'm overweight and my knees give up on ne sometimes but I truly tried my best and stuck to this workout. I cried for a second, splashed my face with some water and came back to it 😂 exercising can be so hard for me sometimes but I'm doing it!!! 😂❤
I have followed a lot of workouts but I really like what y’all have to offer. I am at a stand still and gained 6-8 pounds since I had surgery last August. I know my abs aren’t healed completely and I often swell after workouts but I’m pushing through. Now if anyone could direct me on macros etc and how to get post inflammatory weight off I would really appreciate it! Blessings from FLA!
I liked this workout. Switched to this and 2nd time i did it. Intense workout.
Pros: Improve strength,improve cardio,really helpful for fat loss even if done once a week, gets you into good shape.
Cons: Only one for me. A lot of repeating and following squats,lunges etc. Reducing count of squat,lunge moves but doing them with as better range of motion as possible is more useful for my workout target.

I’ve been following this video for months. I struggled a bit when practicing it the first time. I had to take a break three times during the first few times. Now I am good to go. I don’t even feel too tired to complete it.
