    i'm 13 years old and have never felt confident with my body but with your workouts i feel so much better. i do my workouts at night in my room without my parents knowing and most of the time im so tired but do your workouts without fail. I love you so much and you are an inspiration. xxx

    Either something is wrong with her timer or i might be going crazy😂😂😂 .At eight minutes .it already feels like a 20 minute workout. Man she literally kills you. I need to stop like atleast 10 times between the workout. She is just too good. For me it's like a good 40 minutes workout. ❤❤❤❤❤

    that 54321 is like a wow. I think you can leave the 10 out. I am the most tired at that point. It's like a give up signal to the brain.

    First half of tabata I LOVE. Second half, I need to be put out of my misery. So. Hard. My body did not want to do that last part 😅

    Excellent workout, although I'd appreciate more of the cool down stage. It only targeted the upper body, and after that workout, my legs and core really need stretches too.

    Anna I am so glad you are reaching to all ages. I'm 60 and do your workouts most days. It's so heartwarming to see young teenagers comment. You should be so proud of what you have created and who you have inspired.

    Anna, I started working out with you 6 weeks ago. I remember the first time I did Tabata. I hated every second of it because it just reminded me of how unfit I was. Now, 6 weeks of consistantly following your calender, I find myself absolutely LOVING this workout. Thank you so much, you forever changed my life because that negative voice in my head during workouts telling me I suck is now cheering me on when I almost want to give up. Your workouts are accessible and easily ajustable when you're a beginner.

    I love that u have real music in these tabata workouts!!!! they are so doable cuz it's only 20 sec of work...but wow is it a major sweat sesh!!!! LOVE YOU ANNA
